Dawn's Recovery

Dawn's recovery
A portrait unspoken
Left alone to bleed
Until death is a misery.
A twisted rhapsody
Forever mistaken.
Fate is lost
Eternally regretted.

Twilight's serenade
Whispered by the angels
The sun sets to his sleep
As the world slowly turns.
The quiet night moon
Across the sky, she steals
And the stars form her crown
In the night sky, else bleak.

Midnight's supreme reign
Beheld by the quiet earth
Touched by Diana's tears
And hushed by her presence.
Soft winds blow across the peaceful plains
As the world is in rebirth.
Put to rest are Darkness' fears
Quelled by the harps of the angels.

Never's final curtain
As the sky darkens to close
And I'll kiss my eternal angel
And let her know how much I love her.
And as she takes my hand
And I hers
We'll behold
In silence and in awe
Dawn's recovery
A portrait unspoken.

A soft velvet dream...
