Emily respected Jason and his decisions
While growing up and in highschool, Jason had a crush on Karen Wexler. Karen on the other hand fancied Jagger. Jason was trapped on a island with both Jagger and Karen.
Jason had dreams of becoming a doctor, and if I am wrong, I think he took some classes at a college...I am not sure if it was pre-med. Jason was a very helpful person, he wanted to help his family especially his older brother AJ, who was a drunk. One night Jason got into the car with AJ while AJ was drunk(and behind the wheel). AJ crashed into a tree, and sent Jason flying out of the car. Jason got hit pretty hard in the head the next day when he woke up in the hospital he realized that he did not know who he was and who his family was. He didn't even remember his girlfriend Keesha Ward. He was soo confused that he picked a bar fight, that was when he met Sonny Corinthos. Sonny was the first person who didn't treat him like he had an illness. He started working for Sonny, and moved out of the Q mansion. He later got together with Robin Scorpio(hiv a child from PC).
Jason took over for Sonny when he left PortCharles after sonny stood bren up at the alter.
He later met Carly at a bar, and they had sex. Carly was also invloved with AJ Q, and Tony Jones.
When Carly was going to have a baby, she ran to Jason for help knowing, that he will help her.
I think Jason will always have a special part in his heart for Carly and her son Micheal.
