Bio: A very intelligent man, Victor is the head of the castle, and the great experimentor who works in secret. His knowledge of biology is overshadowed only by both his knowledge of chemicals and of machines.

He lectured at Pastuer Institute and also did research there as well but was  released soon after when bodies started turning up and people dicovered bizarre experiments. The scientific community was shocked when told about Victor and the bodies the Univerisity could not account for.  Soon after he returned to his ancestral home, the castle, and conducted his gruesome experiments there as it was the perfect spot.

While working at Pastuer he noticed a particular student, Phillip Warren, who came up with a formulae for regenerating living tissue. Although Professor Stergess saw Phillip as a lazy student Victor saw him as having a bright mind, something which he admires, and thus he decided to apply Phillip's work to his.

Victor's obsession is with creating and manipulating life, a process which he not only has done but perfected. He tirelessly toils away in his castle, messing with life itself.

Eventually he decided to make an attempt to rid himself of the blackmailing Vladimir and Judge once and for all by setting a trap, a bomb.  Although he did not succeed in killing the two he did learn a valuable lesson, that he is not as wonderful as he thinks he is.

Personality: He is a very tempermental man but does have patience. He thinks he is smarter and better than everyone else, a very arrogant man. He is territorial and very protective of his notes, which he leaves scattered about. He is a nice man to those he likes despite kidnapping and killing people and using them for parts and will even let people wonder around his castle until he has need of them or gets too peeved.  He believes in second chances and despite common belief is very forgiving but will only take action if the line is crossed. He is a workaholic and he always puts it first, and is quite obssesive compulsive. If one keeps him from his work he gets angry, eventually this can lead to murder if he is pressed to hard. He is also a very direct man and will speak his mind on a whim. He does not care about people's feelings nor if they suffer and he is quite selfish, wanting power and wealth only for himself. Despite his selfishness he can be generous to those he likes especially if they take an intrest in his work. He likes people who like his work and is the most generous to them, and to them only.

Appearance: He usually wears a dark brown or grey vest on top of a white dress shirt with a black western looking neck tie. He also frequently wears his old white lab coat which he may use to wipe his bloody hands on occasionally although he usually uses a rag. His hair and beard are kept neatly and his hair is curly and brown. His teeth are slowly rotting out of his head and so he puts radioactive Cobalt in with his coffee mostly for his sour bleeding gums. The Cobalt acts as a sort of tonic and he may even put some inbetween his lip and gum, like tobacco. Whether or not the Cobalt, being radioactive, will cause future health problems is unknown. In small amounts the Cobalt should not be toxic enough to cause concern. His eyes get baggy now and then becuse he gets little sleep, only around six hours, and thats when he sleeps in

Hobbies: Drinking morning coffee, reading the paper, collecting body parts, reviving dead people, killing people, creating monsters, making new inventions, creating LifeStone crystals

He was at the Pastuer Institute for a while studying biology and the theory on how one could regenerate tissue under Professor Stergess and the lecturing Victor, who appeared there for research and to see what the young people were up to.

Phillip created a special Electro-Protein Cream Formulae that was supposed to regenrate tissue but all experiments failed and funding halted. He used the cream on people who got hurt, like a farmer getting his arm caught in machinery. Sometimes the formulae had the opposite effect and made the area become gangrenous.
