Basically, the icon number refers to the icons that will be shown on the map
itself...the little block of troops. There are several files for the
different views (3d normal, 3d zoom out, etc.) Each row is for a specific
type of troop.

For the infantry they are number form the top to bottom with the first row
being zero and the last row being "routers".

For the cavalry there are two  (NIR) or three (PTW/Waterloo) per row. The
first row is the "routers" and then starting at the second row the first set
is zero and so on until you get to the end.

Artillery is like infantry with the abandoned gun line at the end. This file
may have a limit of thirteen lines. Greg ran into problems in Eylau
exceeding that number.

Officers are not given numbers instead the first picture is for the French,
then the Russians, etc.
