WHAT SALVATION MEANS
John 3:1-21

  1. Salvation means everyone begins at the same place -- spiritual birth  (See verse 3).
  2. Salvation involves repentance and faith (see verses 5-7).
  3. Salvation is seen in the results in a person's life (see verse 8; Galatians 5:22)
  4. Religion is full of rules, thin, useless, and short-sighted (see verses 9-10)
  5. Salvation means receiving a gift (Jesus) (see verse 16).
  6. Salvation means coming into the Light, Living in the truth (see verses 19-21)
INVITATION:
Are you ashamed of being associated with Jesus?
Have you thought yourself saved and discover you're not?
Have you done it all wrong and need to start over?
Does your religion end up hollow and thin?
Do you need to begin with repentance, faith, and new birth?
