HE TOOK PITY

practical medical plus spiritual help
wine -- kill germs, symbol of the blood of Jesus overcoming sin
oil -- healing wounds, ministry of the Holy Spirit
HE TOOK RESPONSIBILITY
(verse 34-35)
gave money and stood responsible for the bill
The Ultimate Good Samaritan was Jesus Christ who paid for everything for us -- 2 Corinthians 5:21
