Lucy "Lou" Arthur Camel Lindsey

23 month stay at Cole Hospital

47 years

Place of birth on death certificate says Decatur, IL. Given by CharlesKeck, son.

from CEK:
"The baby of the family was my mother, Lucy, and like all babies of afamily, they spoiled her rotten. Cyrus died when he was only 36 so "Ma"as we called Grandma Sarah always had a tough row to hoe to keep herbrood together and admittedly was not a good manager. What reallyhappened was, the older children raised the younger ones, and as the boysmarried (and the girls) the youngest ones lived with the marrieds and"Ma" was on a perpetual tour.

As a girl, Lucy lived with Goerge and Olive. In fact, "Ollie" was more ofa mother to Lucy than Sarah was.

At one time, Aunt Annie lived with Lucy and Frank and at one time oranother, "Ma", Florence, and Will Keck all lived with us.

Mom (Lucy) mad Florence's graduation dress, and she also made a coat, avest, and a pair of breeches for Uncle Will Keck for his confirmation andfirst communion."
