I have always had a great love for history and family. I have been doing historical research since childhood. I have always had an interest in family history and started working on my family about 7 years ago. Along the way I have learned a lot of valuable skills. Often I have learned from trial and error. I live in Greenwood, SC and am within a 30 minute drive of Edgefield, McCormick, Laurens and Abbeville Counties. I am also about an hour from Greenville, Columbia, and Augusta. I have gone back to college and I am working on my degree. A couple of years ago I took over one of our family reunions, and I am currently working on reviving it. I have done PowerPoint presentations for the reunions and they are huge hits.
