Nitro comes on the air with footage from Thunder where the New Hart Foundation were completely destroyed by the Dudley's.  We then go to the announce table where Gene Bennett is with Scott Hudson. Bennett:  We want to start the show off with an update on the New Hart Foundation.  Owen Hart will return to action in about a week after suffering a concussion.  Jim Neidhart has about the same time frame for a sprained wrist. Hudson:  It is Lance Storm that was the one they concentrated on.  Storm will be on the shelf till near the end of July.  They damn near tore the tendons in the knee.  Bennett:  Well with the CEO out of the picture soon perhaps whoever this new owner is will clean stuff up around here.  Hudson:  Well we have three title matches signed as it will be Rhino taking on former Hardcore Champion Ray Traylor and Chris Candido taking on current Cruiserweight champion Jaime Knoble.  And the new TV Champion Kanyon will take on Curt Hennig.  Bennett:  I am getting word the Horsemen are arriving right now.   A limo pulls up and we see the Horsemen, Rhino and William Regal all get out.  Flair:  Yeah you got the match Curt.  Tonight you become TV Champion.  It's in the bag.  Suddenly the Big Show and The Undertaker pull up on motorcycles.  UT:  Listen Flair, I want Vampiro tonight. Flair:  Well I--- Regal:  Hold it right there sunshine.  Who in bloody hell do you think you are talking to Mr. Flair like that.  If I wasn't a gentlemen I would have to slap the taste out of your mouth.   UT:  Flair, forget about that little bitch Vampiro, I want this British piece of garbage tonight.  Regal, you find yourself a partner. Regal:  I already have one in the CEO.  Tonight we are going to knock the bloody hell out of you.  Flair:  What have you gotten me into?  I am getting to old for this. We go to break with Regal looking puzzled as Flair and company enter the building. In our opening match Rhino retained his title against Ray Traylor.  This match was short as Rhino caught Traylor jumping from the apron and hit the powerslam for the win.  We then go to break.  No-Countout-No-DQ-Falls-Count-Anywhere Match: Rhino pinned Ray Traylor after a powerslam in 0:02:40. Rating: * (Rhino retained the WCW Hardcore Title.) After the break we see Gene Bennett in the ring. Bennett:  Ladies and Gentlemen, allow me to introduce Sting, Booker T and Scott Steiner! The fans erupt as three of the top stars in the world come out. Bennett:  Guys, you asked for this time. Sting:  Gene, you are damn right we did.  It seems that since the Great American Bash this damn place has been insane.  The Dudley's are attacking everyone and it makes me sick. Booker:  So Dudley's we have an idea.  At Bash at the Beach we put a cage around this here ring.  We then have ourselves an elimination tag team match inside that cage. Steiner:  But this isn't any normal match boys.  There will be handcuffs on the cage.  After someone is pinned they get handcuffed to the cage.  The winning team gets five minutes to do whatever they want to the losing team.  Bennett:  Are you sure you want to get into this kind of game with the Dudley's?  Look at what they did to Lance Storm and that was a normal match. Sting:  Gene, this is what we want and this is what we got. Bombs explode as the Dudley's come out on the ramp. Spike:  You want to get into a cage with us?  THE MOST HARDCORE FAMILY EVER! Buh Buh:  I had heard jokes about how dumb people were in WCW but this takes the cake.  Do you know what we will do to you guys in that cage?  D-Von:  Are you ready to bleed for WCW?  Are you ready to break bones for WCW?  Are you ready to have your bones broke for WCW? Buh Buh:  Because you got your match.  I want you to remember this though boys, you asked for it. Spike:  Hey guys, let's give them a taste of the Dudley's tonight.  I will give one of you a title shot and the other two can face the champs.  What do you say. Steiner:  Booker, you want to become Tag Team Champs tonight? Booker:  You bet I do.  Dudley's, get ready because we aren't boys, we are men. Sting:  I guess that means tonight Spike, IT'S SHOWTIME! Bennett:  What a night this will be. Hudson:  After the break it will be Jaime Knoble taking on Chris Candido for the Cruiserweight title. Chris Candido captured WCW gold by defeating the two time WCW Cruiserweight champion Jaime Knoble.  The match was back and forth with the deciding factor being Tammy.  Knoble hit a facebuster and was about to hit the Tombstone when Tammy distracting Jaime with her 'charms'.  Candido recovered and hit a German Suplex for the win.  Chris Candido pinned Jaime Knoble after a German suplex in 0:09:28. Rating: ** 1/4 (Chris Candido won the WCW Cruiserweight Title.) Bennett:  The Triple Threat now holds two titles.  This group is dangerous folks. Hudson:  Let's go to Mark Madden who is with the new TV Champion Kanyon. Madden:  Kanyon, tonight you defend your newly won TV title against 'Mr. Perfect' Curt Hennig. Kanyon:  Mark, tonight I am going to show Curt just who is the King of Batta Bing.  Curt, I just want you to remember, YOU'LL NEVER SEE IT COMING!!  BANG! Madden:  Now that is a much better champion then that bugle beaked fool Disqo.  Up next Curt Hennig and Kanyon. Kanyon retained his title due to a miscue by Curt's partner Jeff Jarrett.  The match went back and forth with Hennig actually hitting the Hennig Plex but was too close to the ropes.  Kanyon hit his own version of the Hennig Plex, but Curt managed to kick out.  Jeff Jarrett came out and tried to help Curt but tripped him by accident instead.  Curt and Jeff exchanged words.  Kanyon spun Curt around and hit the Kanyon Cutter for the win. Kanyon pinned Curt Hennig with the Kanyon Cutter in 0:07:45. Rating: ** 1/4 (Kanyon retained the WCW TV Title.) Bennett:  A big mistake by 'The Chosen One' Jeff Jarrett Scott. Hudson:  Let's go to the back where Bill DeMott is talking with Lash and Scotty. DeMott:  Tonight could be a big night for us.  Tonight we prove that we belong.  Lash, we have been tight for sometime and you know me.  When we were in the MIA were proved we belong.  Somehow we lost that edge, that drive.  Tonight we get it back.  Scotty, the fans love you.  You and Lash tonight take on a new team.  Show them all that we belong.  We are no longer Misfits, but we are still fighting for respect and the right to belong. We then go to break. Lash and Scotty got a big win over the new team, Team Blood.  Vampiro and Gangrel have teamed up out of hatred for the Undertaker while Scotty and Lash are there for respect.  This match ended when Lash hit the Whiplash 2000 followed by the Worm on Gangrel for the win.  Lash LeRoux and Scott Taylor defeated Team Blood when Taylor pinned Gangrel with the Worm in 0:08:18. Rating: * We then go to the back where Ric Flair is getting ready for his tag team match when Vader barges into his locker room. Vader:  Flair, I want that son of a bitch Jarrett tonight.  Since you aren't going to do anything to him for attacking Bennett at the Great American Bash then I will. Flair:  Fine, whatever, I don't have time for this. We go to the Horsemen locker room where Jarrett is watching the monitor. Jarrett:  Don't have time?  DON'T HAVE TIME! Curt Hennig bursts into the locker room. Hennig:  What in the hell was that out there Jeff?  You blew it. Jarrett:  Listen slapass, don't get into my face.  I am the Chosen One.  I have ALL THE STROKE around here.  Hennig:  Well from what I hear you know all about Stroke, it is how you got your job. Jarrett and Hennig get into each other's face when Arn Anderson comes in. Arn:  Listen to me you two.  You are part of the Horsemen, the most elite group in wrestling.  We have a standard to up hold.  Now tonight Ric has to face The Undertaker and Paul Wight.  We will be on the same page and we will do what is right. The team of Wight and Taker dominated Regal and Flair.  The Horsemen came to ringside and tried to interfere but they only messed it up.  Jarrett missed with the guitar and hit William Regal.  Flair and Jarrett then exchanged words.  Wight took advantage by shoving Flair into Jarrett and then hit the Showstopper for the win. Paul Wight and The Undertaker defeated William Regal and Ric Flair when Wight pinned Flair with the Showstopper in 0:04:02. Rating: * 1/4 Bennett:  The CEO and Lord William Regal go down to Taker and Wight.  Hudson:  What is going on with the Horsemen?  They seem to be coming apart at the seams.  Bennett:  Well they are getting what they deserve really.  Let's go to Mike Tenay who is with Disqo. Tenay:  Disqo, you lost your TV title and now you are going against someone who like yourself seems to be seeking respect. Disqo:  I used to be seeking respect Mike.  I got it by being a great TV Champion.  I took on everyone and kept fighting.  I nearly got my skull caved in and I kept fighting.  Tonight I keep fighting. Tenay:  Speaking of when Arn hit you in the head with the tire iron, you had a concussion thanks to that.  Has that healed? Disqo:  No it hasn't Mike.  But I will not give up just because of an injury.  Legends don't take time off because they have a headache.  Tonight I keep fighting Mike. Tenay:  Up next it will be Bill DeMott and Disqo.   Disqo couldn't keep up with Bill DeMott who seems to be reborn.  He was more aggressive and seemed like a new man.  Disqo took a piledriver early on and didn't seem to be able to recover.  DeMott hit a powerslam followed by the No Laughing Matter for the win.  After the match Trainer Michael Martin had to help Disqo to the back.  Bill DeMott pinned Disqo with the No Laughing Matter in 0:04:27. Rating: * We then go to the back where Mike Tenay with Big Van Vader. Tenay:  Vader, it seems that you aren't done with the Horsemen. Vader:  Done with them?  Not even close.  I took out Flair a week ago but they all will go down sooner or later.  Tonight is for what Jeff did to Gene at the Great American Bash. Tenay:  Up next Vader and Jeff Jarrett. Big Van Vader completely destroyed 'The Chosen One'.  Jarrett was distracted when Curt Hennig came out and didn't have his head in the game some to speak.  Vader finished it after a slamming Jarrett on the floor.  Hennig just walked to the back without even trying to help.  We then go to Mark Madden who is with the Dudley Boys. Big Van Vader defeated Jeff Jarrett via pinfall in 0:06:39. Rating: ** Madden:  Buh Buh Ray, D-Von, tonight you may have bitten off more then you can chew in Scott Steiner and Booker T. Buh Buh:  Do you know who we are fat boy?  We are the Dudley Boys.  We are the GREATEST damn team ever. D-Von:  These fans in WCW are used to teams like the Steiner's and Harlem Heat.  Well they aren't SH!T compared to us.  Buh Buh:  We could take those teams without thinking.  Tonight we take the better of both teams and destroy them.  Then at Bash at the Beach we finish their worthless asses off. D-Von:  What were they thinking fat boy?  You are a WCW man. Madden:  I don't know. Buh Buh:  D-Von, let's leave this fat boy alone before he wets himself or passes out from being so damn fat. We go to break with Madden looking scared to death. The Dudley Boys retained their titles thanks to help from brother Spike.  The match wasn't really a wrestling match as both teams just brawled.  During the match D-Von and Scott fought on the floor and Spike ran out with a stop sign.  He knocked Scott out.  Moments later Booker took the 3D for the pinfall.  After the match Sting came out and the main event started right then. The Dudley Boys defeated Scott Steiner and Booker T when D-Von Dudley pinned Booker T after the Dudley Death Drop in 0:06:35. Rating: ** 1/2 (The Dudley Boys retained the WCW Tag Team Titles.) Spike retained his title in a match that surprisingly had no interference.  Booker T, Scott Steiner and the other Dudley's fought to the back.  Sting and Spike went back and forth.  Spike took control with a flying lariat and a series of dropkicks and frankensteiners.  Sting came back when he countered a flying lariat with a dropkick.  Sting hit three Stinger Splashes in a row.  He went for a fourth but Spike actually collapsed.  Sting went headfirst into the post busting him wide open.  Both men were down for an eight count.  Spike came up and caught Sting with the Acid Drop for the win.  Spike Dudley pinned Sting with the Acid Drop in 0:10:59. Rating: *** (Spike Dudley retained the WCW World Title.) Bennett:  What a match.   Hudson:  That is what makes WCW great.  Two guys, like them or not, busting their asses for the World title. Bennett:  Wait a minute, here comes Buh Buh Ray and D-Von.   We go to the back where Booker and Scott are both knocked out.  In the ring Sting turns right into the 3D.  We go off the air with the Dudley's posing over a fallen and bloody Sting.
