Nitro comes on the air with footage from Great American Bash.  We see new champions crowned.  Jaime Knoble, Sting and Spike Dudley all walked out with titles.  Spike Dudley defeated Booker T with help from his brothers, Buh Buh Ray and D-Von who shocked everyone by helping the runt of the litter get the World Title.  We then go to the back where the Horsemen are arriving.

Flair:  Last night wasn't a great night for us.  Tonight will be different because we will be in eight man tag action and no one beats up together.

From the building out comes an irate Scott Steiner.

Steiner:  LISTEN FLAIR I WANT THAT PIECE OF SH!T SPIKE DUDLEY IN THE RING FOR THE TITLE TONIGHT!!!

Flair:  Ok you got it.  I know who let those Dudley's in the building but tonight all the past is just that, the past.  Tonight you have the CEO pulling for you.

Steiner:  TONIGHT I BREAK HIS DAMN NECK!

Jarrett:  I wouldn't want to be that slapass.

In the arena we see Gene Bennett and Scott Hudson are at the announce table.

Hudson:  What a night last night was Gene.

Bennett:  I wish I could have seen all of it instead of being stitched up in the back.  I guess maybe I should just keep my mouth shut for now on.

Missiles sounds as the stage explodes.  Moments later the World Champion Spike Dudley comes out with his brothers Buh Buh Ray and D-Von.

Bennett:  Here comes the champion and eight time ECW tag team champions the Dudley Boys.

Buh Buh:  SHUT THE HELL UP YOU BUNCH OF MORONS!  WE ARE THE DUDLEY BOYS!

D-Von:  TESTIFY!

Buh Buh:  We are the greatest tag team EVER in wrestling history.  We have beat and crippled everyone who messed with us.  We are eight times ECW tag team champions and the greatest tag team ever to come from there.  We dominated the WWF's tag team scene while we were there.  Now we are in (southern accent) W-C-W.

D-Von:  What my brother is saying is we want the tag team titles here in WCW.  So we went to the man in charge.

The crowd WHOO's at the mention of the boss.

D-Von:  Not that horse toothed ass.  I mean we went to the real boss.  We got this.

D-Von pulls out a contract.

D-Von:  This gives up a shot at Owen Hart and Lance Storm tonight.  Tonight we become the first team EVER to hold the tag team titles in the big three.

Spike:  Look at this title.  Doesn't it look good over my shoulder.  For years I was cheered by you stupid fans and all it got me was my ass kicked.  By my brothers, my guys like Mike Awesome, Steve Austin and others.  Well now me and my brothers are on the same page.  This title is going to stay in Dudleyville for a long time.

Sirens blare as Scott Steiner comes out.

Steiner:  Spike, you little bitch, your title reign won't last 24 hours.  Tonight you got me.  I owe you for last night.  And just to make sure that those two brothers of yours stay away I have some insurance.

Sting and Booker T would out.

Buh Buh:  Hell, we don't have to wait bitch.

The Dudley's leave the ring and charge the trio on the ramp.  A brawl ensues as we go to break.

After the break we see security separating the two groups and we go to the ring where the FBI is in full force awaiting the Horsemen.

The Horsemen returned to the winning side of things as they defeated the FBI.  This was back and forth and ended like most eight man tags, in a huge brawl.  During the brawl Big Vito hit Tony Mamaluke with a superkick by accident.  This set up the Hennig Plex and the win for the Horsemen.  From the back out came the Man Beast Rhino.  Rhino hit the ring and went right after the FBI.  He gored both Guido and Mamaluke at the same time.  Vito gave him a superkick which he just shook off before goring him.  Johnny the Bull was wise and quickly left before he feel victim to the same.

Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Curt Hennig and Jeff Jarrett defeated
FBI (Big Vito, Johnny the Bull, Little Guido Maritato and Tony Mamaluke) when Curt Hennig pinned Mamaluke with the Hennig Plex in 0:07:08.
Rating: ** 3/4

Rhino:  Flair, I want a title shot.

Flair:  Rhino, you have to earn it.  Tonight if you can take out Booker T you got your title match.

Rhino:  Booker, your ass is grass.

We go to the back and see Bret Hart arriving at the building.

After the break we see Bret coming to the ring.

Hart:  Last night I was stabbed in the back by who I thought was my best friend.  Well I went to Dusty Rhodes earlier and got a contract.  That contract gave me a shot at you Jim.  If I can't make you tap out to the Sharpshooter I will leave WCW.

The New Hart Foundation's music plays as Owen, Lance and Jim come out.

Owen:  It never stops does it Bret?  You are always crying and whining about something.  My family left me.  I was screwed by Vince McMahon.  The fans screwed me.  Shawn Michaels screwed me.  Did you ever think that maybe it is you?

Storm:  Bret, no one likes you.  You claim to be a hero in Canada when really we all look at you as a joke.  No one respects you and really never did.  We all know that you got over in the WWF because they had on one else.

Jim:  I carried your ass in the 80's and what did you do?  You left to become a singles wrestler.  When that didn't work you came and got me back.  Then after a few more years it was all about Bret again and I was left in the cold.  I then teamed with Owen and you talked to Vince and said that we shouldn't become popular so I was fired.  When you created the Hart Foundation in the late 90's I was brought by not by you but by Davey Boy and Owen.  You are the one that stabbed me in the back.  Tonight I end your WCW career.

Hart:  Sounds like you all have the answers.  Well tonight we will see.

Bennett:  Bret looked almost hurt by the comments from the New Hart Foundation and Jim Neidhart.

Hudson:  It has to hurt to hear those things from his own family and a man he trained.

Bennett:  Well let's get to our next match, Disqo taking on Danny Doring for the TV title.

Disqo retained his title in a hard match.  Doring was fired up and wanted to prove a point to the world.  He is a fine tag team wrestler but wanted to show that he could do singles as well.  Doring did hit the Bare Back and the panty drop elbow but Disqo wouldn't stay down.  The end came when Doring missed a lariat and turned right into the Last Dance for the win.

Disqo pinned Danny Doring with the Last Dance in 0:09:03.

(Disqo retained the WCW TV Title.)

After the break we see Terry Taylor with the Hardcore Champion Shane Douglas.

Taylor:  Shane Douglas, last night you fought of Chris Kanyon, but not without help for your opponent here tonight Steve Blackman.

Douglas:  Terry, I didn't need his help.  He stuck his nose where it didn't belong but tonight---

Suddenly a kendo stick hits Shane in the back of the head and our Hardcore title match is on.

Steve Blackman picked up the Hardcore title in this match.  He really dominated Shane who couldn't get on track after the kendo stick shot.  Shane did get a low blow in and set up for a belly to belly suplex, but Blackman countered with a knee to the midsection.  Blackman backed up a step and hit his Pump Kick for the win.

No-Countout-No-DQ-Falls-Count-Anywhere Match:
Steve Blackman pinned Shane Douglas with the Pump Kick in 0:04:16.
Rating: *** 1/4
(Steve Blackman won the WCW Hardcore Title.)

Bennett:  Blackman wins the Hardcore Title.  Could that be things to come?  Spike could be in trouble.

Hudson:  Speaking of trouble lets go again to Terry Taylor who is with Vampiro.

Taylor:  Vampiro, for weeks you talked about 'his' return.  Well he returned last night but it wasn't for you side.

Vamp:  He isn't the first person to turn his back on me.  Tonight I begin the destruction of you Dead Man.  You can bring that goof Wight to the ring too if you want, it won't help.  Piece by piece I will take you out.

Taylor:  After the break, Vampiro and the Undertaker one on one.

The Undertaker got the win but not without help from the Big Show.  Vampiro showed a fire that hadn't been seen from him in a while as he went right after the Dead Man.  Vamp hit the Nail in the Coffin but was distracted by Wight which allowed Taker to recover and hit the Last Ride.  Taker and Wight then set up for the Double Chokeslam to Hell but Gangrel, another former Ministry Member, ran out.  He spit blood into the eyes of Taker and dropkicked Wight in the groin.  The lights went out and when they came back up Vamp and Gangrel were gone.

The Undertaker pinned Vampiro with the Last Ride in 0:07:50.
Rating: *** 1/2

Bennett:  What in the hell was that?

Hudson:  That was weird folks.  I had hoped we wouldn't have stuff like that anymore but I guess not.  After the break it will be Big Van Vader taking on William Regal who is looking for revenge after Vader beat Flair last night.

Vader picked up yet another win as he took out another Horsemen flunky in William Regal.  Not as good as their matches earlier this year they did seem to have good chemistry.  The end came when Vader hit a powerbomb followed by the Vader Bomb.  After the match Rhino hit the ring.  Rhino gored Vader before leaving.

Big Van Vader pinned William Regal with the Vader Bomb in 0:08:42.
Rating: **

Bennett:  You know Rhino has done that to almost everyone here in WCW.  Some of us weren't even wrestlers.  Hell Mean Gene Okerland has left WCW because of Rhino's attack.

Hudson:  Well Rhino might be barking up the wrong tree going after Big Van Vader.   This man has hurt people and Rhino might be next.

Bennett:  Up next Bill DeMott takes on the psycho Chris Kanyon.

Kanyon defeated Bill DeMott by hitting the Kanyon Cutter.  DeMott has lost a little weight and looked good.  DeMott missed the No Laughing Matter which set up the Kanyon Cutter and the win.

Kanyon pinned Bill DeMott with the Kanyon Cutter in 0:06:43.
Rating: **

Bennett:  DeMott looked good in there Scott.  He could be a star again if he could get back on track.

Hudson:  He is always a leader in the locker room and a great role model for many of the younger stars.

Bennett:  Let's go to Terry Taylor right now.

Taylor:  Chris Candido, tonight you try and get revenge on Brian Christopher after you blame him for your elimination last night in the battle royal.

Candido:  Had he kept his grubby little paws off my Tammy I would have won that match and be wearing Cruiserweight gold right now.  Tonight the winner of this match gets a title match and that will be me Terry.

Chris Candido picked up a big win over Brian Christopher putting him in line for a title match against Jaime Knoble.  Candido was really dominated most of the match but Tammy distracted Brian allowing Candido to hit a low blow, a piledriver and then his Flying Headbutt for the win.

Chris Candido pinned Brian Christopher with the Flying Headbutt in 0:06:22.

Bret Hart has seen his last WCW match as he failed to make Jim Neidhart tap out to his Sharpshooter.  There is some controversy with the finish.  The official, H.C. Loc, made what seemed like an EXTREMELY fast count.  Bret had a shocked look on his face as the bell rang.

Jim Neidhart and Bret Hart battled to a double countout in 0:06:39.
Rating: ** 1/4

Bennett:  WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?

Hudson:  I have never seen someone count to ten that fast in my life.

Bennett:  Bret is gone from WCW.  I can't believe it.

Hart:  I don't know who is in charge here but I was just screwed again.  You know it Jim.  Hudson, Bennett, you know it too.  I am not going to cry.  I want to thank all the fans and wrestlers for all the years of support.  Thank you.

Bennett:  There goes a class act.

Hudson:  This is a damn shame.

Bennett:  WCW has just lost a major star folks.  When we come back let's hope that Booker T can put an end to Rhino and his reign of terror.

Rhino will get a title shot after he took out the former champion in this match.  It was back and forth action with Rhino controlling most of it.  Rhino gored Booker early on but Booker fought back.  Booker hit the Book End when suddenly the sound of bombs and the stage exploded.  The Dudley's were then seen on the ramp distracting Booker.  Booker turned right into the fourth gore of the night.  Rhino quickly locked in the Rhino Recliner for the win.  The Dudley's then hit the ring attacking Booker while Rhino left.  From the back Sting and Scott Steiner hit the ring.  We go to break with all six men brawling in the ring.

Rhino made Booker T submit to the Rhino Recliner in 0:09:19.
Rating: ** 1/2

After the break we see Scott Steiner and Spike Dudley going at it for the World Title.

Spike Dudley retained his title with help from his brothers.  Spike was able to keep up with the genetic freak but soon Steiner took over with pure strength.  Steiner hit his old Frankensteiner for a near fall.  Steiner then hit a belly to belly superplex and went for the Steiner Recliner when the Dudley's hit the ring.  This brought in Sting and Booker T.  It was soon a war again with all six men.  Booker and Sting cleared the ring and it was only the Spike and Scott in the ring.  Steiner tried for another Frankensteiner but Spike held the ropes.  Moments later Spike hit the Acid Drop for the win.

Spike Dudley pinned Scott Steiner with the Acid Drop in 0:07:16.
Rating: ** 3/4
(Spike Dudley retained the WCW World Title.)

Bennett:  Those Damn Dudley's.  Steiner had that match and the title won.  I used to respect Spike Dudley but now he scum like his brothers.

Hudson:  It hasn't been a great night.  I never thought I would cheer for these guys, but I hope Owen and Lance can take the Dudley's out once and for all.  Up next our main event, The New Hart Foundation taking on the Dudley Boys.

New Tag Team Champions were crowned as Buh Buh Ray and D-Von defeated the New Hart Foundation with the 3D.  The match was back and forth with the fans not really knowing who to cheer for.  During the match Jim Neidhart came to ringside.  The match continued until Owen missed a spinning heel kick and hit the official, Jamie Tucker.  With the official down Neidhart hit the ring armed with a chair.  Neidhart swung at D-Von but hit Owen instead.  Neidhart then turned into 3D.  Storm came in and went for a superkick but missed and Owen took that as well.  Storm then got hit with 3D.  The official slowly made the three count and awarded the match to the Dudley's.

The Dudley Boys defeated The New Hart Foundation when D-Von Dudley pinned L. Storm after the Dudley Death Drop in 0:15:53.
Rating: *** 1/4
(The Dudley Boys won the WCW Tag Team Titles.)

Bennett:  DAMN!

Hudson:  I can't believe it.  They are here for one day and already take the tag titles.

Bennett:  This makes me sick.  Bret is gone and now this.

Bennett throws his headset and walks off.

Hudson:  For Gene Bennett and Terry Taylor I am Scott Hudson, see you on Thunder.
