Thunder comes on the air with The Horsemen and their new friends coming out.  Flair:  This is the night we take WCW back guys.  Rhino, Vader, you two are going to be facing Sting and the winner gets the title.  Now Rhino you already have a match so we want Vader here to win, do you understand. Rhino:  YEAH!  VADER---WIN! Flair:  Also William, you are going to get some revenge on that little midget Spike Dudley.  Tonight William I want you to take him out.  Make sure he doesn't make it to the Great American Bash.  Jeff, you and Curt are going to keep warming up as you take on Danny Doring and Roadkill. Arn:  Ric, I want Disqo tonight, I don't want to wait for the Great American Bash. Flair:  I have a better idea.  We see those lovely ladies in the limo, here is the plan---- We then go to the announce table where Mark Madden is with Scott Hudson. Hudson:  Welcome to Thunder everyone.  A great show tonight.  C.W. Anderson tries to get some revenge on Chris Kanyon for his recent attacks on the Triple Threat. Madden:  I am looking forward to the FBI taking on the New Hart Foundation match.  Both teams are amazing teams and this could steal the show. Hudson:  I am hearing that our security camera is picking up something. We see Ric Flair and his ladies talking to Mean Gene and the Big Show.  Gene and Flair shake hands and the ladies leave with Show and Mean Gene. Madden:  I wander what that was all about? Hudson:  Who knows, but Bill DeMott is in the ring so lets go to our opening match, the Hardcore Title match. No-Countout-No-DQ-Falls-Count-Anywhere Match: Shane Douglas pinned Bill DeMott with the Franchiser in 0:06:44. Rating: *** 1/4 (Shane Douglas retained the WCW Hardcore Title.) This match was again a great match involving the Hardcore champion.  Bill DeMott was still covered in the blood from Gangrel's bath on Nitro.  This match started on the rampway and went right to the back.  In the back DeMott was like a mad man.  Douglas couldn't stop him.  Chris Candido showed up but he went down to a chair shot.  C.W. Anderson showed up but he was attacked by Chris Kanyon and took a Kanyon Cutter.  DeMott meanwhile had brawled back to the ring.  DeMott hit a powerslam and went for the No Laughing Matter but Douglas moved.  Shane hit a low blow followed by the Franchiser for the win. Madden:  I know that the fat ass couldn't beat a great wrestlers like Shane Douglas.  Hudson:  Well he sure did have a lot of help and a lot of luck.  Let go to the back where Gene Bennett is with Spike Dudley. Bennett:  Thanks Scott.  Spike, after the break it will be you and William Regal facing off.  But what I wanted to ask you about was when you and Booker T got into that scuffle on Nitro.  Spike:  Well the Great American Bash is coming up and I think it was just a misunderstanding.  But if Booker wants to brawl with me I will do it.  I might be the runt of the litter but I am also the toughest Dudley of the bunch and the most Hardcore.  Bennett:  Will that might be Spike but Booker is tough as well.  I was looking forward to a good one on one match but it looks like that has changed. Spike:  I didn't change it, Booker did.  Now Gene, I have to go get ready for the match, thank you. Bennett:  Up next, it will be Spike Dudley and William Regal. Spike Dudley defeated William Regal by countout in 0:10:57. Rating: ** Spike and Regal had a great match.  The end came when Roddy Piper came to ringside.  Spike dropkicked Regal to the floor where Piper sprung into action.  He hit Regal with a piledriver on the floor setting up the countout.  Madden:  That makes me sick to my damn stomach.  I hope the CEO was watching that. Hudson:  Well he wouldn't do anything---oh wait it is one of his running buddies so he would.  Madden:  He will fire your ass Hudson. Hudson:  When we come back it will be Kanyon and C.W. Anderson. We see in the back the FBI arriving at the building.  From behind Chris Kanyon runs out of the shadows, spins Tony Mamaluke around and hits him with a Kanyon Cutter.  He runs off like a maniac.  Kanyon pinned C.W. Anderson with the Kanyon Cutter in 0:05:13. Rating: * 1/2 The Triple Threat's version of the Enforcer tired to take out Kanyon, who has attacked all three members on several occasions.  C.W. was in control early on and worked on Kanyon's arm.  During the match The FBI came to ringside.  Big Sal got up on the apron distracting the official.  This brought in Little Guido who tried to hit Kanyon with a chair but missed and hit C.W. by accident.  Kanyon then hit both Guido and C.W. with Kanyon Cutter.  The official, Brady Boone, turned around and made the cover for win.  Kanyon then gave Boone the Kanyon Cutter before leaving through the crowd. Madden: That guy is insane.  Who knows who is next with that guy around.  Madden:  Wait a second, C.W. and Little Guido are fighting in the ring.  Here comes Big Sal.  C.W. quickly bails out of the ring.  Guido and C.W. exchange words while Sal is behind him.  Rhino then charges the ring.  Sal turns around only to be Gored by Rhino.  Rhino the does the same to Guido.  Hudson:  RHINO JUST KILLED BIG SAL!  HE ISN'T MOVING! Madden:  I have never seen anything like that in my life. No-Countout-No-DQ-Falls-Count-Anywhere Match: Steve Blackman pinned Ray Traylor with the Pump Kick in 0:03:17. Rating: * 1/2 Steve Blackman and Ray Traylor had a quick but violent match up.  Both men were blooded but Blackman ducked a big boot from Traylor and hit his Pump Kick for the win. Chris Candido pinned Lash LeRoux with the Flying Headbutt in 0:04:13. Rating: * 3/4 Chris Candido, fresh off a win on Nitro defeated Lash LeRoux in a short match.  Candido finished him off with his flying headbutt.  The rampway had the rest of the cruiserweights watching the match. Danny Doring and Roadkill defeated Jeff Jarrett and Curt Hennig when Doring pinned Curt Hennig after the Buggy Bag in 0:09:27. Rating: * 1/2 In a huge upset Danny Doring and Roadkill got a win over the number one contenders.  This happened when Owen Hart and Lance Storm hit Hennig with a the Canadian Flag.  Jarrett went to the floor and attacked the champs.  In the ring Doring and Roadkill hit the Buggy Bag and got the win.  Madden:  I don't know what is going on here in WCW but I can't believe it.  Hudson:  This is what makes WCW so exciting.  Right now lets go to the back where Gene Bennett is with Disqo. Bennett:  Disqo, it seems that the Horsemen have it out for you once again. Disqo:  That is because Arn is afraid of the new generation like myself.  He is afraid of the Re-Enforcer.  He knows that Double G is more man then Double A ever will be. Bennett:  The thing is Disqo, you have no idea who you are facing.   Disqo:  I don't care Geno.  I am the Re-Enforcer.  I don't sweat anyone.  I know everyone came to see the Re-Enforcer dance so that is what they will get. Bennett:  Up next the TV title is on the line. After the break we se Disqo entering the ring.  Then the Horsemen music plays as the CEO comes out. Flair:  Disqo, your title reign ends tonight.  Tonight you are going to be facing THE BIG SHOW! Hudson:  WHAT?  That isn't fair at all. Madden:  Finally the TV title goes back to a man who is worthy instead of that dancing fool. Paul Wight, along with Mean Gene and the ladies we saw with Flair earlier come to ringside. Hudson:  My God Disqo is going to be killed Disqo defeated Paul Wight via pinfall in 0:08:00. Rating: * 1/4 (Disqo retained the WCW TV Title.) Disqo was completely dominated for the entire match but got lucky in the end.  Wight hit the Final Cut and was about to make the cover when the lights started to flicker.  The stage suddenly burst into flames.  Then a voice was overheard on the PA.  The voice is Vampiro's Vamp:  I warned you that you made a mistake Wight.  I warned you---I warned you. The lights suddenly went completely out.  There was then a flash of fire in the ring.  The lights came up and Disqo was on top of Wight.  The official made the count and we had a win. Madden: WHAT IN THE HELL WAS THAT? Hudson:  Everyone but you knows that he is talking about the return of that sicko The Undertaker.  Madden:  With Vampiro you never know that Hudson, you never know. Hudson:  Lets go to Gene Bennett. Bennett:  Thanks Scott.  I am here with the tag team champions.  Owen Hart, Lance Storm, you two are really getting under the skin of the Horsemen's team of Curt Hennig and Jeff Jarrett. Owen:  Well we are Canadian so we are much smarter then them.   Storm:  We are also born to wrestle and bred to win Gene so we aren't worried about it. Owen:  Plus they aren't even close to being in our league.  So who cares Gene. Bennett:  Well then, what about the FBI tonight?   Storm:  Those two have already been beat up tonight.  It won't take us long to finish them off. Owen:  I don't even know why the bother to be honest Gene.   Bennett:  Well they are confident that they will retain their titles.  After the break we will find out. The New Hart Foundation defeated FBI (Little Guido Maritato and Tony Mamaluke) when L. Storm pinned L. Guido after spinning headscissors in 0:02:47. Rating: * (The New Hart Foundation retained the WCW Tag Team Titles.) This match was really just a showcase for the New Hart Foundation.  The end came when Storm hit a slingshot spinning headscissors for the win.  After the match the Triple Threat's Chris Candido and C.W. Anderson hit the ring and attacked the FBI.  Anderson gave Guido the Spinebuster while Candido gave Mamaluke the sitdown piledriver followed by the flying headbutt.  We then go to the back where Gene is with Sting. Bennett:  Sting, after the break you face Big Van Vader and Rhino where the winner will face Scott Steiner for the US Title at the Great American Bash. Sting:  Gene, tonight it will be Showtime.  I know that Flair wants his newest buddy Big Van Vader to walk out with the shot, but it won't be that way.  Tonight I get a shot at the US Title!  OWWW! Bennett:  Up next, a huge three way dance. No-Countout-No-DQ-3-Man Battle Royal: Sting won a 3-man Battle Royal:          x Sting defeated Rhino after the Scorpion Death Drop in 0:12:42          x Sting defeated Vader after the Scorpion Death Drop in 0:15:18 Rating: ** 3/4 This match really was a glorified handicap match.  The first elimination came with the help of Bret Hart.  Bret came out with Sting and was helpful.  Bret continually distracted Rhino.  At one point Rhino was distracted, knocked Hart off the apron and charged Sting for a gore.  Sting leapfrogged the gore and Rhino hit Vader.  Rhino was shocked.  He turned around and tried to slam Sting.  Sting floated over and hit the Scorpion Death Drop and got the pinfall while Hart held Rhino's leg.  Rhino went to the floor and the two brawled to the back.  Sting then made short work of a weakened Vader and won the shot at Scott Steiner and the US Title.  Sting went to the back while Vader stayed in the ring.  Ric Flair then hit the ring. Flair:  WHAT IN THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU VADER?  YOU CAN'T EVEN BEAT HIM! Flair slaps Vader.  Vader shoves Flair and storms to the back. Flair:  Yeah run with your fat tail between your fat legs you fat bastard.  BRET HART!  I want you in this ring RIGHT NOW!  I AM TIRED OF YOU!  WHOO!  TONIGHT YOU GO ONE ON ONE WITH THE NATURE BOY! Bret Hart made Ric Flair submit to the Sharpshooter in 0:09:48. Rating: *** 1/2 This match was a technical masterpiece between Flair and Hart.  Flair locked in the Figure Four but Hart wouldn't give up.  During the match Rhino hit the ring and gored Hart setting up a second Figure Four, but again Hart wouldn't quit.  Hart took over after Flair missed a knee drop.  Hart hit a backbreaker, an elbow from the second rope.  He then locked in the Sharpshooter for the win.  We go off the air with Hart escaping through the crowd before the rest of the Horsemen hit the ring.
