Nitro comes on the air with footage of Booker T defeating William Regal.  We also see Scott Steiner losing to The Undertaker thanks to Hollywood Hogan.  We then go to the ring where Ray Traylor has the mic.

Traylor:  It seems that all the punks here in WCW are learning what HARDTIME is all about.  Tonight I am going to lay down an open challenge.  Anyone back in the back think they are tough enough to fight me?  Come get some.

The arena lights go out and we see a spotlight hit the Big Show Paul Wight as he comes out.

Paul Wight pinned Ray Traylor with the Showstopper in 0:05:23.
Rating: DUD

Ray Traylor lost his first match in quite some time to the Big Show.  This match was thankfully short.  Wight hit the Showstopper and got the victory.  We then see Scott Steiner charge the ring armed with his lead pipe.  He attacks Wight and knocks him out with the pipe.  He then turns and hits Traylor knocking him out as well.

Steiner:  HOGAN!  I warned you on Thunder not to mess with me.  I know that this fat bastard here is your buddy.  If you don't get your DAMN ASS out here now I am going to break his damn leg.

Voodoo Child plays as Hogan comes out.

Hogan:  What is your problem Scott?  Do you have a death wish?  You don't mess with the Ministry.

Steiner:  Get in this ring now or I break his leg Hogan.  And then I go to the back and start doing it to everybody I see.

Hogan:  Ok, it's your funeral.

Scott Steiner pinned Hulk Hogan after hitting him with a foreign object in
0:04:12.
Rating: -***

This match was another short one but very violent.  Steiner dominated and destroyed Hollywood Hogan.  He got the victory after hitting Hogan with his lead pipe.  He wasn't done however.  He hit Hogan in the head busting him open.  He then worked over Hogan's back and ribs before turning to Hogan's leg.  He put the pipe behind Hogan's ankle and turned breaking the ankle.  He did this to both ankles before officials and police officers could get to the ring.  We go to break with EMT's checking on Paul Wight, Ray Traylor and Hollywood Hogan.

After the break we see Hollywood Hogan being loaded into an ambulance.  Scott Steiner is being loaded into the police car when CEO Ric Flair came into view.

Flair:  Scotty, what were you thinking?

Steiner:  I warned him didn't I?  This isn't over either Flair, until I get my re-match I am putting people out!

Flair:  Get him out of here guys.

Little Guido Maritato pinned Steve Blackman with the Kiss of Death in 0:03:26.
Rating: *

The leader of the FBI took on the "Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman.  Blackman hit several moves early on including his pump kick for near falls.  Blackman then went for a flying elbow and missed.  Guido took over with a brainbuster, flying headbutt and the Kiss of Death for the win.

Tony Mamaluke pinned Scott Taylor after outside interference in 0:07:24.
Rating: *** 1/2
(Tony Mamaluke won the WCW Cruiserweight Title.)

Tony Mamaluke became the Cruiserweight Champion after help from his FBI buddies.  They went back and forth the first few minutes but Taylor began to show he was the better wrestler.  Taylor whipped Mamaluke into the corner but the official got in the way.  Taylor then hit a bulldog followed by the Worm.  Taylor made the cover but the ref was down.  Johnny the Bull then came off the top with his leg drop onto Taylor's head.  Johnny rolled Mamaluke onto Taylor and won the title.  The FBI then attacked Taylor, which brought out Jaime Knoble, but the numbers were too much.  Then Lash LeRoux came out, but he too was overcome by the numbers.  Then out came a returning Bill DeMott.  He cleared the ring of the FBI.

The Mamalukes defeated Bill DeMott and Lash LeRoux when Johnny the Bull pinned DeMott after a flying legdrop in 0:04:22.
Rating: 3/4*

After the break Lash LeRoux teamed with buddy Bill DeMott against the Mamalukes.  Lash and the returning DeMott didn't jell well and we saw the ring rust on DeMott.  The end came when Vito hit DeMott with the Mafia Kick followed by the Legdrop by Johnny for the win.  We then go to the back.

Flair:  Jeff, tonight we take the game to the next level.  Tonight we beat three of those Ministry members at once.  Three on two tonight Jeff, go get ready.

Handicap-Match:
Ric Flair and Jeff Jarrett defeated The Ministry (Gangrel, Mortis and Papa Shango) when Jarrett defeated Gangrel by countout in 0:04:52.
Rating: *

Ric Flair and Jeff Jarrett got another win over the Ministry in this handicap match.  Nothing special to report in this match.  Jarrett hit the Stroke on the outside to get the countout win.  We then go to break.  After the break we see Disqo in the ring.

Disqo:  DISQO IN THE HOUSE!!  WHO LET THE DOGS OUT?

William Regal's music then plays.

Regal:  Hello all my American friends.  I was sitting in the back having a spot of tea and I realized that this miserable little man was in the ring.  He talks like this is MTV or something.  My good man this is TNT.  The audience is a very well educated group of people.  Now instead of this Disqo in the house business, the proper way would be Disqo is inside arena.  And don't even get me started on who let the dogs out.

Disqo:  Willie, how about you come in here and I will give you an old fashion Brooklyn tushie kicking.

Regal:  Listen you miserable little toe rag.  It is because of people like you that this country comes in last in every education test against the rest of the world.  I shall come into that ring and give you a thrashing.

William Regal made Disqo submit to the Regal Stretch in 0:08:25.
Rating: ***

Regal led Disqo to his best match since re-joining WCW.  Disqo was trying to prove that he belongs on the top of the card.  Disqo was about to hit the Last Dance when Regal kicked his knees out from under him.  This was the beginning of the end as it set up the Regal Stretch and the submission win for Regal.

Jaime Knoble pinned Brian Christopher after a flying forearm in 0:05:37.
Rating: **

Two of the top cruiserweights had a great match up.  Brian missed the Tennessee early on and Jaime missed a flying senton moments later.  Brian then hit the Tennessee Jam, but somehow Jaime kicked out.  Brian went for a second one but took too much time.  Jaime moved and hit a flying forearm as Brian got up.  Jaime then made the cover and got the big win.

Submission Match:
Bret Hart made Lance Storm submit to the Sharpshooter in 0:06:16.
Rating: ** 3/4

In a submission match Bret Hart defeated Lance Storm.  Lance was more aggressive then we have seen here in WCW for some time and it ended up costing him in the end.  Lance ended up bring in a chair but didn't use it.  As Storm turned around from putting the chair back outside Bret locked in the Sharpshooter.  Lance was forced to give up.  After the match Bret helped Lance up, but Storm just shoved him away and stormed to the back.

Rhino pinned The Undertaker with the Piledriver in 0:07:42.
Rating: ** 3/4
(Rhino retained the WCW TV Title.)

In the main event for Nitro Rhino defeated the Undertaker with help from Taker's former buddy Sting.  The two men exchanged rights and lefts with Rhino getting the upper hand.  Taker took advantage when Rhino missed a gore in the corner.  Taker hit a chokeslam and went for the Last Rites but Rhino countered by running into the corner and the ref went down as well.  Rhino went for another gore and Taker moved and the official went down again.  The Undertaker set up for the Last Rites again but the lights went out.  When they came up Sting was standing behind Taker.  Sting hit Taker with the Scorpion Death Drop and the lights went out again.  When they come up Sting was gone and Rhino was up and confused.  He picked up the Undertaker and gave him his Piledriver and the official made a slow three count for the win.  We leave the air with The Undertaker sitting up and looking into the rafters at Sting who is pointing his bat back at him.
