The New Hart Foundation defeated Bill DeMott and Lash LeRoux when L.
Storm pinned LeRoux after the Hart Attack in 0:07:24. This match was very intense as the team LeRoux and DeMott are trying to make a name for themselves. They were aggressive at the start, but Owen and Lance waited for a mistake. That mistake came when LeRoux hit the Whiplash and allowed DeMott to go for the No Laughing Matter. Owen rolled Lance out of the way and that put DeMott out of the action. Moments later Lash was hit with the Hart Attack and the match was over. Owen then grabbed the mic. Owen: WHOO! The King of Harts and the Perfect Storm win just like everyone knew. We are going to make a challenge to anyone out there for a match on Nitro. Any team from anywhere, we are going to prove why we are the best! WHOO! We go to break with Lance and Owen celebrating in the ring. After the break we see Rhino and Midajah making their way to the ring. Rhino: Look at this belt. I have no competition. No one can beat me. NO ONE! I am the best TV Champion ever. Not Booker T, not Scott Steiner, not Fit Finlay, not Chris Benoit, it's me RHINO! Suddenly the Horsemen theme music plays as Arn Anderson comes out. Arn: Rhino, you are a monster. You are a great champion. But to say you are better then greats like Steve Austin, Ricky Steamboat, Tully Blanchard, Dusty Rhodes and Lex Luger you are dreaming. One day son you might, but not by running around like a maniac and stabbing your friends in the back for things like her. Rhino: Do you think you can stop me? DO YOU OLD MAN! WHY DON'T YOU GET INTO THIS RING AND STOP ME THEN! Arn: Son, it's pretty easy to jump on, but you will find it's the jumping off that's hard. I was retired, but I guess this means I just re-entered the ring. Arn takes off his glasses and jacket. He then runs to the ring.
Arn Anderson pinned Rhino with the Spinebuster in 0:09:39. Arn Anderson got a title he first won back in 1986 by defeating Rhino. Well he actually pinned Rhino but didn't defeat him. As Arn entered the ring he was on the offense with a series of Anderson punches, but Rhino cut that off. Rhino was then in charge. He had the win several times, but pulled the man off the mat before the three count. The end of the match came when Rhino was setting Arn up to be gored. From the back out came Scott Steiner. He hit Rhino in the back of the head with his Steel Pipe sending Rhino right into the patented Anderson Spinebuster for the win. Rhino then rolled out of the ring and brawled with Steiner to the back. Ric Flair and Jeff Jarrett then came out and celebrated with Arn as we go to break. After the break we see Arn, Ric and Jeff with Mean Gene. Mean: Arn, might I start off by congratulating you on this big win. Arn: Thank you Gene. It was 15 years ago that I first won this title by defeating Wahoo McDaniels. Now I defeating a future world champion in Rhino. I have seen the tape and saw that Scott Steiner interfered. Rhino, all you have to do is ask for a re-match and you will get it. I will be a fighting champion like everyone else has been under the leadership of Ric Flair. Mean: Ric? Flair: Gene, I am going to lay down the law a little here. It seems that Scott Steiner and Rhino can't keep out of each other's business. At Spring Stampede you not only will be in the Battle Bowl like everyone else on the roster, you two will be facing off. The winner of the match will then take on the World Champion the next night on Nitro. You have both been great TV champions, it is time for you to step up. Mean: What a match signed for Spring Stampede---wait a minute what do you guys want? We see the FBI walk up. Tony: Hey look guys, this old man found himself a belt. Arn: Hey, who you calling old? Guido: Well between you, Gene and Flair you take your pick. Jarrett: Hey why don't you show some respect. Vito: Why don't you shut your pie hold you southern j-brone before someone gets hurt. Flair: The only people getting hurt tonight is you Vito and that greenhorn partner of yours. We will see you in the ring. We then go to the ring where Disqo is awaiting the Cruiserweight champion Tony Mamaluke.

Disqo has been getting a lot of title shots as of late, and he hasn't been able to capture any. Since Alex Wright left the company Disqo has been lost. Tony Mamaluke and Disqo had a good match. The end came when Big Vito hit Disqo in the head with the stick ball bat setting up the Guillotine Legdrop and the win for Mamaluke. After the match the entire FBI entered the ring and began beating on Disqo. This brought out Arn Anderson, Ric Flair and Jeff Jarrett who cleared the ring. They help Disqo to his feet as we go to break. After the break we see The Hart Foundation taking on the team of Gangrel and Papa Shango for the tag titles.
The Hart Foundation defeated The Ministry (Gangrel and Papa Shango)
when B. Hart pinned Gangrel after the Hart Attack in 0:07:22. Jaime Knoble pinned Scott Taylor after a flying cross body press in 0:05:59. Jaime Knoble defeated Scott Taylor in a hard fought match. Since losing his title Taylor has been on a losing streak. Taylor came close to winning the match several times with roll ups and body blocks, but Knoble was set to win and wouldn't be denied. Knoble finished the match off with a cross body out of nowhere to get the win.
Steve Blackman pinned Brian Christopher with the Pump Kick in 0:03:03. Steve Blackman picked up a much needed win here over Brian Christopher. Much like his former partner Scott Taylor, Brian is in need of direction. Blackman won this match with his Pump Kick.
Scott Steiner made Spike Dudley submit to the Steiner Recliner in 0:07:02. Scott Steiner came out after the announcement earlier and completely destroyed Spike Dudley. Dudley didn't get much offense in and the match ended when Steiner made Spike submit to the Steiner Recliner.
Ric Flair and Jeff Jarrett defeated The Mamalukes when Jarrett pinned
Vito with the Stroke in 0:07:13. After the confrontation between Flair, Jarrett and the FBI earlier in the night, this match was very high impact. The Mamalukes tried to power and brawling while Flair and Jarrett try to keep it a wrestling match. In the end however it was Disqo who decided the match. Disqo came out and gave Big Vito a Last Dance over the top rope setting up the Stroke and the win for Flair and Jarrett. After the break we see Just Joe in the ring. The arena lights go out and we see Mortis coming to the ring. From behind we see Vader attack Mortis. Vader gives Mortis a powerbomb on the ramp. He then hits the ring taking the match.
