The new Saturday Night comes on the air with Mark Madden and Michael Cole.

Cole:  Welcome to the debut of Saturday Night everyone.  I'm Michael Cole along side Mark Madden.  First off let me update you all on the condition of Jeff Jarrett.  He is having back spasms and being told to sit out about a week before returning to action.

Madden:  Speaking of action we have an action packed main event tonight as former WCW Champion Mike Awesome takes on current WCW Champ William Regal.

Cole:  Also the Holly Cousins take on Albert and Rick Steiner for the XPW Tag Team titles.

Madden:  Plus Disqo and Psicosis defend their TV Titles.  Also Goldberg, Tommy Dreamer, Booker T, Rhino, Bret Hart, Steve Austin, Jyushin Lyger and the team of Simon Diamond and Swinger are all going to be in action.

Cole:  Speaking of action lets get to the ring where K-Kwik is taking on Tommy Dreamer.

K-Kwik and Dreamer didn't really have a great match.  A lot of kicks and punches.  They feel to the floor and the official counted both men out.  After the match Balls Mahoney attacked both men and knocked both out with his trusty chair.

K-Kwik and Tommy Dreamer battled to a double countout in 0:05:13.

Madden:  I DON'T BELIEVE IT!  MAMALUKE WINS!

Cole:  What do you mean he wins?  That was the biggest bunch of crap I have ever seen.  Look at Mamaluke you would think he won the Superbowl of the World Championship.

Madden:  The Great One my fat ass.

Madden:  Nothing like a little revenge for a sneak attack.  Maybe now Austin will think twice before attacking someone.

We see Austin pulling himself up on the announce table.  He suddenly attacked Madden.  He throws him into the ring and gives him a Stunner much to the crowds delight.

Cole:  STUNNER STUNNER STUNNER!  I DON'T BELIEVE IT MADDEN JUST TOOK A STONE COLD STUNNER!

Austin kicked Madden a few times before leaving the ring to a huge pop.

During the next match Cyrus comes to ringside to take over announcing for Madden.

Cyrus:  Michael Cole how can the WWF justify an attack on an announcer like that?

Cole:  That might teach Madden to keep his mouth shut next time when talking about Stone Cold.

Cyrus:  Well if Stone Cold wants to get an announcers face he can try this one.  I will knock his lights out.

Cole:  Better be careful because you never know when Stone Cold will return.  We still have two matches tonight.  Juvi takes on Jyushin Lyger for the WWF Lightweight Title.  Also William Regal defends the WCW World Title against Mike Awesome.

Lyger retained his title against the Juice.  Juvi, who has a victory over Lyger in the past, came close.  Juvi went to the top for the 450 but Lyger crotches him.  Lyger then hit the Super Fisherman Buster for the win.
