This match was just horrible with Mike Sanders showing that Abbott was still not ready for the big time. Sanders finally ended it when he ducked a right and hit the 3.0 neckbreaker.

In a debut here on Saturday Night Chris Candido took on Buzzkill aka Brad Armstrong. For the first time in several weeks Tammy, sporting a neck brace, was at ringside with Candido. This match was very good. Buzzkill was very impressive and got a near fall with a flying lariat. The end came when Candido hit a sitout piledriver followed by a Flying Headbutt. After the match Steve Austin hit the ring and attacked both men giving them Stunners.

Kronik retained their titles against the Eliminators. Both teams basically brawled. During the brawl Kronus was hit with the Fireman's Carry DDT from Adams for the win.

Scott Steiner was robbed of the title thanks to XPW interference. Steiner was ready to lock in the Steiner Recliner when Tajiri attacked Tylene Buck, Steiner manager. This allowed Psicosis to recover and clip Steiner followed by the Flying Legdrop for the win.

Disqo had little trouble beating Jake Roberts. He hit a bodyslam and go the win. After the match Mike Awesome, Justin Credible, K-Kwik and Tazz hit the ring. Disqo turned right into a double superkick from Credible and Kwik. Awesome then gave Disqo a running powerbomb followed by Tazz locking in the Tazmission. Vince McMahon then came out.

In a great match Austin managed to defeated Scott Hall. During the match Kevin Nash came out to watch but didn't get involved. The end came when Hall went for the Outsiders Edge only for Austin to fought out and hit the Stunner. Nash hit the ring and got in Hall's face. Austin furious that Nash was in his ring spun Nash around and gave him the Stunner.

Joey Matthews picked up a win thanks to help from an injured Disqo. Disqo crotched Credible allowing Matthews to hit the Top Rope Frankensteiner for the win.

In the best match of the night Jyushin Lyger and Christopher Daniels tore the ring up. Daniels did everything he could to keep Lyger down. He used wrestling moves and when that didn't work went to cheating. He hit low blows, used chairs but nothing worked. Daniels went for a piledriver but Lyger countered with a backdrop. He then hit a top rope Frankensteiner for the win.

Chris Benoit retained his title in a hard match. Both men used some power moves. Benoit managed to hit his rolling German Suplexs but Rhino got out. Rhino hit a spinebuster followed by a flying splash but Benoit kicked out. Rhino went for a second one but Benoit crotches him hit a superplex. He then hit his diving headbutt for the win.
