The show starts off with footage from Nitro of the break of Too Cool.  We also see Gene ban Hollywood Hogan from the show, only for a 'fan' help Jeff Jarrett retain the WCW World Title.  We see Owen Hart defeat Lance Storm in a great match.  We then see a limo pull up and out steps Gene Bennett, Spike Dudley, Booker T, Chris Kanyon, Masato Tanaka, and Billy Kidman.  From the building out steps Hollywood Hogan.

Hogan:  Gene, you might have banned me monday night, but tonight you are banned from the show.  And your friends there will be able to get into the building.  Why, Chris Kanyon has a TV Title shot.  Spike Dudley, your the giant killer, and tonight you have the Undertaker.  Booker T you will join Bret Hart and Big Vito in a six man tag team match against the Ministry.  Billy Kidman, my good buddy, you will face Owen Hart.  And lastly you Masato Tanaka.  You will get another shot at the WCW Title, but in a handicap match.  Since you and Mike Awesome are such bitter enemies, he will join Jeff Jarrett against you for the WCW Title.  If you pin either man you get the title.  So get your game faces on boys, cause your night has just started!

We then see the Thunder opening and go to the ring where Just Joe and Barry Horowitz are locking up the Full Blooded Italians.

The F.B.I defeated Just Joe and Barry Horowitz when Mamaluke pinned Joe after the springboard DDT in 0:04:51.
Rating: *

In a showcase for the F.B.I, they dominate Just Joe and 'Bad' Barry.  Barry did get a near fall on Guido after Tony Mamaluke missed a missile dropkick and hit Guido into a school boy roll up.  Moments later though Mamaluke hit Just Joe with a springboard DDT for the win.  After the match Kronik hit the ring and destroyed both teams.  The Foreign Connection's music hit as Kronik hit High Times on Big Sal, and out stepped William Regal and Alex Wright.

Regal:  Brian Adams and Bryan Clark, you two are just monsters are you?  Why you two are just besmirching every team in here in WCW.  However, you haven't faced two great athletes like myself and Alex here about about you two put those titles on the line here and now?

Adams:  Why don't you two foreign faggots get your asses down here and take a Kronik beating and learn all about Kronik PAIN!!!

We go to break with Regal and Wright starting to the ring.

After the break we see the teams locking up.

The Foreign Connection (Alex Wright and William Regal) defeated Kronik when A. Wright pinned B. Adams after hitting him with the ring bell in 0:07:02.
Rating: ** 3/4
(The Foreign Connection (Alex Wright and William Regal) won the WCW Tag Team Titles.)

Alex Wright took a beating early on by both members of Kronik.  Adams hit a fireman's carry into a DDT but Regal broke the pin up.  Bryan Clark went for Meltdown, but Wright floated over and dropkicked Clark into the corner where Regal attacked him with a series of forearms.  Regal was then tagged in and worked over Clark's knees.  After several minutes Clark made a tag and Adams was a house of fire.  As Kronik went for the High Times on Regal, Little Guido, who was still at ringside from the attack earlier in the night, tossed the ringbell into Wright who knocked both members of Kronik out.  The ref was busy with Tony Mamaluke turned in time to see Alex Wright covering Brian Adams and getting the win.  After the match the F.B.I along with Wright and Regal attacked Kronik until Ray Traylor and General Rection ran out and made the save.  We go to break with Alex Wright and William Regal celebrating with their title belts.

After the break we see former friends Scott Taylor and Rikishi locking up in the ring.

Scott Taylor pinned Rikishi with the Worm in 0:07:15.
Rating: *

Scott Taylor looked lost without a tag partner, and was busted open early on from the cut left on his head by Brian Christopher on Nitro.  Soon we see Brian Christopher head to the ring, and Rikishi took offense, giving Taylor a chance to get some offense in.  Taylor locks in a sleeper, and Rikishi bumps the ref.  Brian jumps into the ring and goes to hit Taylor with a chair shot, but Taylor moves and Rikishi takes the shot to his head.  Taylor hit a dropkick knocking Christopher out of the ring.  Taylor then hit the Worm on a knocked out Rikishi for the pin.  We go to break with Rikishi laying knocked out in the ring.

After the break Rikishi is in the back with Mean Gene.

Gene:  Rikishi, moments ago you had a reunion of types in the ring as it was you and Too Cool in the ring once again.

Rikishi:  Gene, shut your American White Ass up.  Brian Christopher, Scott Taylor, your two asses are going to be mine.  And I am going to back this ass up all over both of you!

Gene:  And that is a lot of ass!

Back in the ring, Brian Christopher is locking up with Ray Traylor.

Ray Traylor pinned Brian Christopher after a powerslam in 0:04:42.
Rating: * 1/4

Ray Traylor made short work of Christopher after he missed a flying legdrop early.  Traylor hit a powerslam and got a pin.  After the match the ring filled up with tag teams, Rikishi and Scott Taylor in a brawl.  The F.B.I, Lo Down, Kronik, Scott Steiner and Rhino and General Rection were all in the ring.  We see in the back that the new tag champs Regal and Wright are just laughing.  We go to break with security trying to regain order.

After the break we see clips of the feud between The Ministry and Booker T.  We then see Bret Hart and Big Vito battles also.  We go to the ring where the six man match is just starting.

Bret Hart, Big Vito and Booker T defeated
The Ministry (Gangrel, Mikey Whipwreck and Papa Shango) when Vito pinned Shango with the Big Vito Special in 0:05:15.
Rating: * 1/2

In what looked like a six man tornado match, there was never only two men in the ring.  The entire time there was atleast three if not all six men in the ring.  Booker T at one point hit the Book End on Mikey Whipwreck, but Shango broke it up.  Moments later Gangrel hit Hart with the Impaler, but Vito made the save.  Shango then went for the Shoulderbreaker, but Vito floated over and hit the Big Vito Special for the win.  After the match The Undertaker came in and started clearing house till Spike Dudley and Kanyon hit the ring.  This bring down Sting from the rafters, who attacks both men with the ball bat.  We go to break with the Ministry leaving all five men laying.

After the break we see footage of Owen Hart defeating Lance Storm on Nitro.  We then see Billy Kidman getting attacked by Sting on Nitro and go to the ring for our next match.

Owen Hart pinned Billy Kidman after an enziguri in 0:17:36.
Rating: *** 1/2

In what should be the match of the night, Owen and Kidman had a hell of a match up.  Kidman had his ribs taped up from his match with Sting.  Owen and Kidman locked up and Owen went right after the ribs.  Owen hit several backbreakers and then locked in an Abdominal Stretch punishing the ribs.  Kidman made a comeback, hitting his facejam out of the powerbomb attempt.  Kidman then went for a flying elbow but Owen moved and Kidman hit nothing but mat.  Owen then went for the Sharpshooter, but Kidman kicked him off.  Kidman then tried to lock his own in, but Owen kicked him off.  Owen tried for a kick to the midsection, but Kidman caught it, only to take an Enziguri to the back of the head.  Owen quickly made the cover for the win.  We go to break with Kidman being helped to the back.

After the break we see footage of the tag team brawl from earlier.  We then go to the ring where Rhino and Scott Steiner are facing Lo Down.

Rhino and Scott Steiner defeated Lo Down when S. Steiner made Chaz submit to the Steiner Recliner in 0:01:28.
Rating: * 3/4

Rhino and Steiner made short work of the team.  Rhino gored D-Lo while Steiner locked in the Steiner Recliner for the victory.  After the match Steiner grabbed the mic.

Steiner:  That wasn't (BLEEP)!  I want KRONIK IN THIS (BLEEPING) RING!

The arena goes green as Kronik appears for the third time tonight.  The team starts to the ring when from behind attacks the F.B.I.  For the second time tonight we see the entire tag team locker room empty.  We go to break with security again trying to break things up.

After the break we see Lance Storm in the ring awaiting Sting.

Sting pinned Lance Storm with the Scorpion Death Drop in 0:03:26.
Rating: * 3/4

In a rather short disappointing match, Sting picked up yet another win.  Sting got the victory Owen Hart came out and attacked Storm's knee.  This allowed Sting to hit the Death Drop.  Sting went to the back and right to his car and left.  We go to break with Storm in the ring awaiting the trainer.

After the break we see the trainer in the ring helping Lance Storm.  From the back out comes TV Champ Fit Finlay.  Finlay attacks Storm locking him into a version of Storm's own Maple Leaf.  Chris Kanyon charges the ring and we have our TV Title match.

Fit Finlay pinned Chris Kanyon with the Tombstone Piledriver in 0:08:52.
Rating: ** 1/2
(Fit Finlay retained the WCW TV Title.)

Fit Finlay got the win after interference from a likely source in the Ministry.  Early on Kanyon had the match with slams and armdrags.  Kanyon went for the Kanyon Cutter when he saw Papa Shango, Gangrel and Mikey Whipwreck coming to the ring.  This allowed Finlay to spin Kanyon around, hit a Tombstone and get the victory.  The Ministry then entered the ring and attacked Kanyon while Finlay ran to the back.  The lights then went out and The Undertaker came to the ring along with Sting.  The five men then worked over Kanyon until Spike Dudley, Bret Hart, Big Vito and Booker T made the save.  We go to break with the Ministry and the other group brawling at the ringside area.

After the break we see that Spike and Taker are in the ring.

The Undertaker pinned Spike Dudley after a choke slam in 0:04:40.
Rating: * 1/4

In another short match up, we see Spike Dudley get destroyed by Taker.  Taker didn't miss a beat working on Spike getting the win with a chokeslam from hell.  We go to break with Taker standing over a fallen Spike.

After the break we see footage of Masato Tanaka pinning Jarrett last week here on Thunder and of Tanaka getting robbed on Nitro.  We then go to the ring where Tanaka is awaiting Jarrett and Awesome.

Handicap-Match:
Jeff Jarrett and Mike Awesome defeated Masato Tanaka when Awesome pinned M. Tanaka with the Awesome Bomb in 0:10:10.
Rating: ***

As the match began, Jarrett joined Scott Hudson and Mark Madden at the broadcast booth.  This left Tanaka and Awesome along, and they tore the house down.  However, when it looked like Awesome was pinned, Jarrett pulled Mickey Jay from the ring, allowing Hollywood Hogan to attack Tanaka and drop the big Leg Drop in him.  Awesome took advantage and hit the Awesome Bomb for the win.  We leave the air with Jarrett celebrating with his title.
