Thunder comes on the air with footage of the several new superstars in ECW/WCW. We see Scott Hall, Dan Severn, Rick Rude and Scott Norton all debut. We then see footage of The Dudley Boys tapping out to the submission holds of the Shooters. We then go to the back where the Minnesota Mafia are arriving.
Hennig: Tonight we show everyone what we are all about. Tonight Rick, Scott, you two take out Sting and Luger.
They then head into the building. We then go to the ring where Arn Anderson is taking on C.W. Anderson.
C.W. Anderson picked up a big win over former partner and family member Arn. Arn worked on C.W.'s arm early on in typical Anderson fashion. However C.W. wouldn't go down and fought back by hitting a DDT. C.W then hit the Spinebuster for the win.

Tenay: Welcome to Thunder everyone.
Madden: What a night we have here. Our main event is the US Champion Jeff Jarrett defending against the Mafia's leader Curt Hennig. Also Owen Hart will take on The Juice.
Tenay: To find out who the number one contenders are to the Tag Team Titles as the Young Blood takes on No Laughing Matter. Also Tony Mamaluke challenges William Regal for the TV Title.
Madden: Also that bugle beak Disqo takes on the Franchiser Shane Douglas.
We go to the back where Booker T is getting a cup of coffee. The Cruiserweight Champion Lance Storm walks up. He knocks the cup out of Booker's hand.
Storm: I want you in the ring tonight. I have beat all of the cruiserweights and want you in the ring.
Booker: Listen here sucka. I don't know why you have a chip on your shoulder but I am going to knock it off.
Storm: Talk is cheap. I will see you in the ring.
We go to break with Storm leaving and Booker shaking his head.
After the break No Laughing Matter is taking on the Young Blood. The Young Blood looks renewed as they came at the men they took the tag titles off with a new energy. Early on JTB had DeMott down and went for his spinning Legdrop but DeMott moved. A tag was made on both sides and things broke down. All four men fought out of the ring and official Mickey Jay had no choice but to count both teams out. Security quickly came out pulled the teams apart. Cyrus then appeared on Thundervision.
No Laughing Matter and The Young Blood battled
to a double countout in 0:06:55.

We go to break with both teams looking at the big screen.
After the break Juvi continued to impress WCW fans with another great match against Owen Hart. Owen started off with a series of right hands showing his new 'ECW' mentality. Juvi however came back when Owen missed a dropkick. Juvi went to work with a series of armdrags followed by a crossbody for a near fall. Juvi went for the Juvi Driver too early and Owen rolled over through it and got the win.

After the match Owen continued to attack Juvi. He locked in the Sharpshooter when Jeff Jarrett jumped the guardrail. He hit Owen with his trusty guitar.
Jarrett: Hey Slappy, I will see you Halloween Havoc. You want this title, you will have to take it off my dead body.
Jarrett throws the mic onto Owen and leaves the ring.
After the break William Regal defended his title against Tony Mamaluke. The former Cruiserweight champion Mamaluke had control early on. Mamaluke hit a springboard dropkick, followed by a slingshot elbow. Mamaluke went for his Guillotine Legdrop but Regal moved. During the match once again Lance Storm came out to watch. In the ring Regal went for the Cobra Neckbreaker but Mamaluke countered into a backslide for a near fall. Mamaluke once again went for the Guillotine Legdrop but Regal crotched him. Regal then hit a top rope Cobra Neckbreaker for the win. After the match Regal and Storm locked eyes for a minute before Storm turned and went to the back.

Dan Severn made his debut in WCW/ECW in six man tag team action. Severn and the Shooters came up short against the Dudley's. Severn started off with Buh Buh and the two men actually started off trying amateur wrestling. Severn, holding eight national high school records controlled this until Buh Buh fired off a right hand. This sent the match back to pro styles. The Dudley's quickly went to work on Severn. However a tag to Shamrock changed things around. Shamrock locked the Ankle lock in on Spike but Buh Buh broke it up. Soon all six men were fighting. D-Von and Buh Buh were able to hit 3D and get the win.
The Dudley Boys and Spike Dudley defeated The
Shooters and Dan Severn when D-Von Dudley pinned Shamrock after the
Dudley Death Drop in 0:10:18.

After the match The Dudley's continued to attack the trio. Spike gave Severn the Acid Drop while Blackman took 3D. The Dudley's then brought in three tables. They set each man on a table when a man jumped over the guardrail. The man spins Spike Dudley around and gives him a right hand taking him over the top. We see that it is Tank Abbott of UFC fame. Buh Buh and D-Von charge and Tank ducks. Tank gives Buh Buh a right that floors him. D-Von is able to get in a series of forearms but is tripped by a recovering Shamrock. Shamrock locked in the Ankle Lock and D-Von taps out. We go to break with the four Shooters standing tall in the ring.
Lance Storm pulled off a huge upset over the former World Champion Booker T. Booker and Storm had a great match. Early on Storm was in control using his speed. He hit several springboard moves including getting a near fall on a springboard lariat. Booker came back when he hit a spinebuster followed by missile dropkick. Booker went for the Ax Kick but Storm moved and Booker crashed to the match. Storm quickly made the cover for the win. After the match we see William Regal has come out on the ramp. He walks away slowly.

Scott Norton and Rick Rude made quite an impact in their ECW/WCW debuts. Early on their ring rust showed. Sting and Luger kept Norton in the ring working him over with quick tags. Sting charged at Norton for a Stinger Splash but Norton caught him and gave him a spinebuster. Norton finally tagged Rude. Rude came in and went right to work on Sting's neck. The end came when Luger charged Rude with a lariat but Rude ducked and Sting took the lariat. Norton came in and gave Luger a Powerbomb while Sting took the Rude Awaking. Both men were then pinned.

Curt Hennig came out and along with Norton and Rude continued to attack Luger and Sting. Hennig brought in a chair and put Luger's arm into it. He was about to stomp it when Booker T came out for the save.
Shane Douglas picked up the win. It was a quick match. Tammy and Chris came out and distracted Disqo allowing Douglas to hit a belly to belly. He then hit the Franchiser for the win.

After the match Candido went to he top and hit his Flying Headbutt. They continued to work over Disqo until former ECW star Big Vito made the save. Vito hit a lariat on Candido and we have an impromptu match between Vito and Candido.
Chris Candido got the win with help from his valet Tammy. Vito was about to hit the Big Vito Special DDT but Tammy held his leg. Vito brought her up and brought her into the ring. He threw her over his knee and was about to give her a spanking when Candido blindsided him. He hit a sitout Piledriver and then the Flying Headbutt for the win.

Cyrus: Yeah he is here. Oh that is a good idea. I will let him know. Yeah I will make it clear to him.
Cyrus hangs up and we go to break. After the break Jeff Jarrett it facing off with Curt Hennig.
Jeff Jarrett retained his title. He used his trusty Guitar to knock Hennig out. During the match Rude came out and tried to interfere. He grabbed Jarrett and Hennig tried a dropkick but Jarrett moved and Hennig hit Rude. This let Jarrett hit Hennig with the guitar for the win.

After the match Owen Hart hit the ring. Owen and Jeff exchanged blows. Then from the crowd Scott Hall attacked. He hit a series of rights on Jarrett. Owen and Scott hit a double team belly to back superplex. Hall hit the Outsiders Edge and then Owen hit a flying elbow. The two then left Jarrett in the ring.
In the back we see Cyrus talking to Balls Mahoney.
Cyrus: If you don't take him out tonight it could be the end of your career.
Balls: Tonight Goldberg finds out just who is next. He is going to find out what ECW is all about.
Goldberg got the win in this hardcore match. During the match the current Hardcore Champion Ray Traylor appeared at ringside. Since this was a hardcore match Ray soon got involved attacking Balls. He gave Balls a spinebuster and then left. Balls got to his feet only to take a spear from Goldberg. Goldberg then hit the Jackhammer for the win.
