Gender Diet
Before trying any diet, for boy or girl, you should do the following...
     1) Consult a Doctor before using this diet
     2) Check to see if you have any problems with blood circulation or kidneys. Better not try this if there is someone in your family who has a history of kidney stones or blood pressure (high or low) problems.
Theory:
This theory was founded by the German scientist Herbst in 1935. He was studying the effect of potassium on the livings, when he accidentally noticed that the increase in potassium is associated with increase in male births. The same results were achieved by other scientists in Germany and France in 1938, 1958, 1967, 1969 using different types of animals. They claimed that there was a remarkable increase in females when there is more magnesium and less potassium. This relationship can be represented as k/(ca-mg).

They think that gender diet can change the pH level in your body, and therefore, it can change the polarity of the egg. The resulted charge will attract one gender more than the other by 80%. "I still don't know how it works".

Another research was carried out in Canada in 1975 to see if this theory works in humans. They choose hundreds of women who got children of the same gender. They found that 80% of them were using very special eating habits, supported either boy or girl diet.

The girl diet depends on increasing magnesium and reducing potassium. To increase magnesium, you take in more calcium to help the body 'aborb it'. The same thing applies to the boy diet. You should increase potassium by taking more sodium (salt) and reduce magnesium by avoiding both calcium and magnesium.

You should start the diet 6 weeks before trying to conceive. 6 weeks is long enough to change the pH level in your body.

Try to get a nutrition book that lists all the mineral contents of each type of food. Always compare the ratio of potassium and sodium with magnesium and calcium and see if you can take it.
