Notes: Estate of Mary R. Tayor decd State of Texas Probate Court Cass County in County of Cass Vacation December 8th A.D. 1859 To all to whome these presents may come, Greeting Know ye that George W. Taylor as principal and Thomas J. Taylor and James S. Beckham as sureties are held and firmly bound with the Chief Justice of the County of Cass in the sum of fifteen thousand dollars for the payment of which well and truly to be made unto the said Chief Justice we bind ourselves our heirs Executives and adminstrators jointly and severally firmly by these present signed with our hands and sealed with our seal, the seals being scanable the eighth day of Decemeber A.D. 1859. The condition of above bound is such that whereas the above bound George W. Taylor has been appointed adminstrator PRO-TEM of the Estate Mary R. Taylor deceased. Now if the said George W. Taylor shall well and truely perform all the duties required of him under said appointment then this obligation shall be null and void otherwise to remain in full force and effect. George W.
