Notes: Last Will and Testament of W. H. Taylor and Mrs. E. W. Taylor, his wife. State of Arkansas. County of Polk KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: - Thats we, W.H. Taylor and Mrs. E.W. Taylor, Potter, Polk County, Arkansas, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this our last Will and Testament as follows to-wit:- That the proceeds of the South Hlf of the Nroth West Fourth (S 1/2 N 1/4), and the North Half of the South West fourth (N 1/2 SW 1/4) Section 32. Township 2 South, Range 31 West og the 5th Principal Meridan in Polk County, Arkansas, be divided equally among our give daughters, namely; Bessie Bates, Mary Whitehead, Amma R. Kemp, Roena Stephens and Willie A. Rouse. That we give a bequeath to each of our sons, namely;- To Willis M. Taylor $1.00 To J.E. Taylor $1.00 To James M. Taylor $1.00 We do hereby, however, reserve the right and privelege ourselves to dispose of, or to sell the above described real property at any time before the death of either us, but should we own the above described real estate at our death, we do give, devise and bequeath to the above named Daughters of ours the above described real property.
