A number of Guides from different units in West Ham went to camp in July. They did a number of activities including Archery, Go Karting and Trampolining. They learned a lot of skills such as how to make a fire and how to put up tents and a whole lot more. The Guides enjoyed camp thoroughly.

Guide Camp 2005 was a 'Harry Potter Theme'. There was me, Eliis and Becky in Gryffindor and Zahra, Irene and Victoria in Hufflepuff. We did lots of things like Grass Sledging and Trampolining.
Serenity:
I went down to camp only for the day on Saturday. The rest of the Guides were still eating breakfast!! :-) For lunch we made our own burgers. It was exciting. We did/they did many activities. We did Grass Sledging and Wall Climbing (I didn't do so great at that!). The Grass Sledging was a blast and a girl called Irene kept falling off the sledge!! I fell off about three times.
