Another Poem About You
We fight like the grinding of tectonic plates, each of us backed by mountains of righteousness and words slapping like sea-driven water.
We love like the biology of animals, fumbling through a labyrinth of roles and territories without boundaries.
We fight like world-class boxers, every blow a nasty calculation, until huffing and heavy, we hold each other in an upward slump of confusion.
