| May 2005 This letter is actually based on a letter I sent to the women that I had worked with at my Introduction to Spirituality workshop. I have altered the message slightly. Thank you. Dear Traveler, There are wounds within us that try as we might, we cannot heal on our own. That is, my friends, when prayer and faith come into play. There is a time when surrender is all that we can really do, powerless to the divine order in life. Everything DOES always work out in the end, perhaps not always the way we may have intended. (But what do we really know anyway?) So as I pray that the wounds within me begin to heal and allow me to heal the ills of my life. I also pray for each and everyone of you. Every beautiful person who bears their own cross from day to day. Those who wage against personal battles every moment of everyday. I pray that you all mend the broken spirits within that keep you silent, afraid, small, etc....I pray that you rise up every morning with new strength and courage, finding your own beautiful powerful voice. I pray that you know how great and sacred you are. Know that You make the world a more glorious because of the simple fact that you exist. I pray that you find what it is that you need within you and in your God to make choices and decisions that honor your glory and your light. I pray that our pain can become wisdom and light that will be shared with others in their time of need. I pray for healing. I pray that our hearts will mend and that the ripple of love will emanate from within me and within you. I am eternally grateful~ Renee 11/09/05 There will be a new letter within the next month. Thank you for your patience. |
