2nd MM-based Batch
'82 Meeting- March 19, 2006 |

minutes of our meeting:
1. A total of 17 persons attended the 2nd batch meeting. ( attached
is the attendance sheet and masterlist of batchmates here.
2. I showed to them all the materials sent by your group and
explained it to them. I explained to them that everyone is significant
that every support that they are going to give will be very important.
Everybody is significant. I gave them all the mails that you
sent me. I did not let them read it.
3. Syempre, in order of priority. I encouraged them to get 2
tickets each and should be paid before we adjourned the meeting.
Its very hard kaya maningil. They undertand it naman, that's
why i got 10,200 collection. I will deposit it in the bank tomorrow
together with Noli's P 500 additional to the previous one i gave
you the last time we met.all in all 10,700. By the way, Swellen
betitio paid in dollars, but i just considered 600 kc she is
gooing to get it and replace it with 600. Pero i will try to
have it all.
3. Next, we have the souvenir program, i distributed solicitation
for souvenir for every batchmate. I emphasized that we have to
work together to achieve our goal and i sense that they are very
responsible. That's why i gave them 5 sets each. I reminded them
of the deadline. July 31.
4. The co-sponsor thing is the hardest task that you gave me.
I was not advise that i will be incharge of such. It's impractical
for me to solicit from Manila kasi hindi nila maririnig nor makikita
ang ads. That's why i forego it. It's feasible if you get it
from Naga or regionwide.
5. The last agenda was the sched of the next meeting. They are
very eager to have another meeting. We miss each other and very
happy to have contact with the fellow batchmate. It was decided
that to have it on May, considering there isan activity naman
this April. I suggested that during the next meeting we will
have to practice production numbers. I told them that i am going
to take a video again for these segment. That made them look
forward to the next meeting. I also told them not all meetings
will tackle money matters. So that hindi sila magkaphobia sa
akin.
6.. It was a very successful meeting. Everybody miss each other.
and you know, we went to the extent that i have to ask our batchmate
what she is wearing pagsinundo namin kasi baka di ko makilala.
weakness ko pa naman yan.
We enjoyed the day, especially when lowella abogado arrived with
her family. Ibang-iba sya. She got five kids. Nayayanig ang Max's
Restaurant sa amin. Syempre, as usual mahirap ang hiwalayan blues.
Lumabas na kami sa Max's, we stayed about 30 minutes sa labas
ng resto, at hindi pa nukuntento nagkape pa. So it's really a
night of laughter and commitment. I was so impressed.
Syempre, the food was sponsored by the birthday celebrant (Cielo).We
separated about 9 pm. As usual schoolbus ako courtesy of my loving
husband. |

- Meeting (March 19) was held at at Max Resto,
Alabang Town Center. Seventeen (17) batchmates were there during
the meeting. It was Cielo's advance Birthday Treat!. Pictures

- Copies of "e-mail updates" from
Naga based group were distributed to all. Nang-nang explained
to the group the COOL SUMMER NIGHT tickets and the advertising
contracts. Tickets were distributed. Gem collected payments of
the tickets. Cielo gave a brief discussion on the Interactive
Nook and distributed copies of the Mission/Vision of the batch

@ Ps. 300 each ticket (or 2 tickets each for the 17 batchmates)

will be given to her by Cielo.
- Advertising Contracts for our Souvenir Program

- The meeting adjourned almost 7 pm. The group
had photos taken and stayed almost 30 mins outside the entrance
of MAX with never ending chikka to each and everyone before it

- Before leaving the ATC, Nang, Gem, Noli,
Maribeth, Lowella, Swellen and Cielo went to Coffee Bean for
