| In order for a leader to make his vision reality, he must STEP 1 see WHAT CAN BE (define his vision, where he wants to get) - work on level 3 STEP 2 observe WHAT IS (what is the actual, present level of his people) - work on level 1 STEP 3 and influence WHAT WILL BE (having behind him what can be and what actually is) - work on level 2 |
