matches: THE BOY VS. THE ABYSS

(The Abyss theme plays, as the huge Renegade member stalks his way to the ring, carrying a body bag. He climbs into the ring, and places the body bag in his corner. The arena grows quiet, until ’Machine Head’ begins to play. Bush leads the Intercontinental champ, Scott Hellings to the ring. He, as all RWW members have, recieves a huge amount of cheers, as he climbs into the ring.

The bell rings, and the Abyss hits Scott Hellings with a headbutt and rams him headfirst into the turnbuckle. The Abyss picks up Scott Hellings and gives him a bodyslam. The Abyss drops an elbow on Scott Hellings and Hellings moves out of the way. Hellings waits for The Abyss to get up and Scott Hellings delivers a dropkick. The Abyss gets back up and there's an armdrag takedown by Scott Hellings. Both men are get back up with Hellings holding the arm of Abyss. Abyss kicks The Boy in the stomach. The Abyss gives Scott Hellings a swinging neckbreaker. The Abyss goes for the pin. 1... 2... shoulder up by Scott Hellings.

The Abyss picks up Scott Hellings and goes behind him and there's a back suplex. The Abyss climbs to the 2nd rope and drops the fist right to the face of Scott Hellings. The Abyss goes for the pin. 1... 2.... shoulder up.

The Abyss was so close to being the next Intercontinental Champion. The Abyss picks Scott Hellings back up and Scott Hellings gives The Abyss a jawbreaker. The Abyss is dazed. Helings runs off the ropes and there's a flying bulldog headlock. Scott Hellings goes for the pin. 1... 2... shoulder up. Scott Hellings picks up The Abyss and scoops him up. There's a running powerslam. Scott Hellings goes for the pin. 1... 2... shoulder up.

Both men struggle to get back up. The Abyss goes for a clothesline but he misses and he hits the referee. The Abyss turns around and gives Scott Hellings a clothesline. The Abyss goes to the outside. The Abyss has a chair. He rolls into the ring with it and waits for Scott Hellings to get back up. Hellings is up. The Abyss cracks the chair over the head of Scott Hellings!! There's the pin. But there's no referee. The Abyss gives Scott Hellings a chairshot to the midsection. The ref is slowly getting up. The Abyss is going to hit Scott Hellings one more time. Scott Hellings moves out of the way of the chair shot and gives The Abyss a german suplex. And now Scott Hellings has the chair. Hellings throws the chair at Abyss and dropkicks the chair and it goes right in the face of the Abyss. Scott Hellings throws the chair back to the outside of the ring. Scott Hellings goes for the pin. The referee is still trying to get back up. Scott Hellings gets up to help the referee. The Abyss crawls over. The Abyss rolls up Scott Hellings. 1.......2.......kickout by Scott Hellings.

Scott Hellings kicks the Abyss back down. Scott Hellings climbs to the top rope. Scott Hellings gives The Abyss a legdrop from off the top rope. Scott Hellings goes for the pin on the Abyss. 1... 2.... 3! Scott Hellings retains the Intercontinental Title against the Abyss. Scott Hellings is victorious in this match.
