CHRISTINE
I met Christine when she was just a youngster.......fresh out of Cocker school, rosy cheeks
and a sleek frame.  We fell instantly in love.  We spent many afternoons together, romping in the woods of Upton, MA. in search of that elusive flag!  Our bond was
strong, I provided the care and feeding, she the muscle, and protection.

One day while hunting down the careless and foolish, she belched, farted, and
basically morphed into this monstrous beast. Flame shooting out of her J&J brass
barrel.  The only thing holding the barrel on was the silencer.  There was much
screaming, and carrying on...............(some of it mine).  My true love was different,
yet somehow the same.

Later that day on the bench, she was quiet, content, almost satisfied with what
she had done.  Geeze (Gary) took one look, scratched his head, looked over his
glasses, and said "call her Christine, just like the book, you know.....the possessed
car,  written by Stephen King".  It fit, one moment the perfect lady, the next,
a demon, constantly searching for victims.  She seems to drag me into the
deepest parts of the pine grove.  She knows they're always hiding low, next to the
stump, just beyond the tower.  The outcome is always the same.  Screaming, yelling,
wincing, crying.............and then.........an eerie calm.

Let me introduce you to Christine.

She is basically a stock autococker, all black.  J&J brass barrel, a modified shroud
covers her 3 way and adjustable reg.  An ancient silencer covers the barrel.  A ring
sight in the front, and Mirage red dot in the back.  The stock is a modified Crosman
airgun add-on.  She breathes CO2.......nothing else!  She refuses compressed air,
despite attempts to force it upon her.  Those who foolishly approached have paid
a high price.  I think the last guy was Lefty? Doesn't matter.  Her paintballs are
delivered by a 9 volt VL hopper.  The little angle fitting underneath is an old
Cooper-T product.  Balances her out very nicely.

Every once in a while when she really gets cranky, Geeze will take her by the hair,
mess around under her skirt, and put things right!  It's ok.....it's just the way Christine
is, she needs help sometimes, and only Geeze can provide it!  She always comes
home, and waits, quietly, humming........or was that growling?  'Til the next game.
