The richest, most eligable, scariest guy in the Justice League. Somehow this guy makes time to not only run one of the world's
largest corporate businesses, but also to stay in tip top shape and save the world. And if you listen carefully, you may be lucky
enough to pick up on his dry, sarcastic sense of humor.
"Batman to all points...I could use some air support...since I can't fly...at all...now would be good." - Batman "Dark Heart"
Identity: Bruce Wayne
Birthday: February 19
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 210
Eye Color: Blue
Hair Color: Black
Home Town: Gotham City
Relatives: None living, parents died when he was eight. Alfred Pennyworth has been life-long butler. Dick Grayson and Tim
Drake (Nightwing and Robin) were like adopted sons.
Powers: Olympic level athlete. The world's greatest detective. Keen scientific mind. Access to overwhelming amounts of
weaponry, armory, and gadgets. Basically nothing super special about him, he's just that good.
Origins: His parents were ruthlessly murdered when he was a child. Bruce swore that he would embark on a crusade, not to
avenge his parent's death, but to insure that the same thing wouldn't happen to others. Training both mentally and physically,
he has become the world's most dangerous man. Roaming the streets of Gotham City as Batman, he strikes fear into the hearts of
criminals everywhere.
Batman is the only member of the Justice League without superpowers What he lacks in raw strength, he makes up for with
intelligence. Batman has a plan for every situation, and there is rarely a mystery that he can't solve. Although he's arguably one of
the best martial artists in the world, he serves the League by directing it's raw strength with the precision of a scalpel. Enemies will
likely underestimate him because he's only a "man," but they should realize that he's the most dangerous member of the League.
Batman rules through fear, and there is little doubt that he scares even some members of the Justice League. Whereas he trusts
proven allies such as Superman and J'onn, he has little tolerance for brash superheroes who make mistakes. Batman won't put up
with Flash's antics or inexperienced superheroes. He may resent some members of the League who seem to rely too much on their
powers, but he understands that their power is the only answer to threats on a global scale.
According to the Myers Briggs Personality Assessment, Batman is an INTJ. That means he's an 67% Introverted, 67% iNtuitive,
78% Thinking, and 44% Judging. Introverts tend to focus on the inner world of ideas and impressions. The iNtuitive focus on the
future, with a view of patterns and possibilities. Thinking people tend to base decisions on logic and objective analysis of cause and
effect. People who prefer Judgement like a planned and organized approach to life.
INTJs make up 1% of the population (that's a statement in itself).
According to Marina Margaret Heiss' description:
"To outsiders, INTJs may appear to project an aura of...self-confidence. This self-confidence is sometimes mistaken for simple
arrogance...its source lies in the specialized knowedge systems that most INTJs start building at an early age...INTJs know what
they know, and perhaps still more importantly, they know what they don't know. INTJs are perfectionists, with a seemingly endless
capacity for improving upon anything...Anyone considered to be "slacking," including superiors, will lose their respect--and will
generally be made aware of this...
According to another report:
"The Masterminds" - "Personal relationships, particularly romantic ones, can be the INTJ's Achilles heel." (Poor Diana)"This
happens in part because many INTJs do not readily grasp social rituals; for instance, they tend to have little patience and less
understanding of such things as smal talk and flirtation...INTJs are usually extremely private people, and can often be naturally
impassive as well..."
There is no other man that has given the Dark Knight more time and effort, (with the exception of his comic artists and animators)
than Kevin Conroy. He's been the voice of Batman since 1992 working on all of the animated versions of Batman up until present
day (with the exception of WB's new "The Batman."
He's been working in acting since 1978 and has been in several television series, stage productions, and movies thoughout the years.
He's also done other voice work for video games.
