A response to "Men and Their Boring Arguments" by Wendy Cope
A woman alone can be a good thing,
but don't put her next to another;
they'll chatter and gossip an hour or two
about food, about fat, about mother.
What makes them so boring
is that they go on and on and on and on,
their cocktail of cackles - in screeches and shouts -
will make you wish you were gone.
