     Music smarts are used every day in our daily life and there are many ways that people use them. There are times in life when you sing, dance and use your music smarts as well. It can vary from tapping a beat to a rythm to performing a concert at the Metropolitan Concert Hall in New York, but all the less, both of these are signs of using music smarts. When people use their music smarts, they are thinking of rythm, beat and the musicality of things.

          There are different hobbies that require music smarts as well. For example: Playing instruments such as the violin, flute and piano, dances such as tap dancing, ballet and different cultural dances and composing and other things such as that. These require Music skills because they make you think of beat, pitch rythm and other musical qualities that you would need.

           Music doesn't have to be found only in concerts, practices and other placess such as that where music is always found, but it can be found everywhere. People with music smarts can identify the music wherever they go. They can find the beat from construction, from cars and they can find the lyrics and pitches from the crowd and the pedestrians on the road all the time when they walk and at home they can listen to the dishwasher, the dryer and the rain so you can find music everywhere you go, you just have to listen for it!

            Instead of just being a hobby, music is also essential to many jobs and occupations as well. Not just in the obvious places, but in different places as well. Of course there are the obvious ones such as musician, dancer and composer, but
just ask yourself for example, how does a
nurse have to have music smarts? Just think
about it. It has to do with rythm. And this is
the obvious answer. How could a nurse with
bad rythm judgment know if a person has
died if he/she couldn't read the heart monitor
with good judgement. This is just one
example of how music smarts associate
with the daily world.
