I have always been and I still am proud
to be an American.

It makes me mad to think that our leaders might have left some of
our service men behind when we pulled out of Vietnam. Not just Vietnam,
but the Gulf, Korea and even after World War II. 

Why would our leaders ask young men to go and risk their lives thinking 
that they might be left and forgotten in some place they never wanted to be.
Can you imagine what it would be like to be 19 years old and to think
every day that your country has forgotten you?  How long would you
survive without hope?

If any are still alive, what do they think of the United States of America?
The land of the free and the home of the brave.
Let's not forget.
