Puppies are guarenteed against severe genetic health problems that interfere with their quality of life, such as: hip displaysia, heart defects, ect... Common health problems that are easily cured, such as: worms, coccidia, ect... are not covered. Must have two written statements from different vets stating the problem. The dog must then be spayed / neutered or returned to breeder at buyers expense. No money will be returned. Replacement pup of equal value or purchase price deducted from more expensive pup will be offered from future litter. This Guarentee is valid until the pups 2nd birthday. Shipping cost is the responsibility of purchaser. Guarentee is non transferable. IF PUPPY IS NOT PROPERLY CARED FOR ANY AND ALL GUARENTEES ARE NULL AND VOID. All future health care needs, such as shots, worming, exams, tests, ect... are the responsibility of the purchaser. Puppy is guarenteed to be in good health to the best of our knowledge at time of sale. Puppy should be examined by vet of purchaser's choice within 72 hours of purchase. Puppies are social animals and are not to be kept on a chain. Occassional chaining is acceptable, but not on frequent basis. Any puppy deemed abused or neglected may be reposesed. Any and all legal disputes shall be filed in Greer County Oklahoma.
