Guidelines for Entries into the
Famous Pied Faces List
Since people tend to have differing opinions on the definition of "pied", let me clarify. To me, a person is "pied" when the upper part of the face, particularly around the eyes, is covered with pie. If glasses or anything else get in the way of the pie, then sometimes a person can avoid getting "pied" in that area of the face. And if a person never gets pie in that part of their face, they are not considered pied, IMO, either. There are some exceptions, as sometimes the cream does indeed cover the face adequately even though their face was obstructed with eyewear. I usually judge on a case-by-case basis.
Anyway, I hope this helps explain some things to you. If you're still in doubt about a particular scene, ask me about it. Thanks!
