If pitching wins Championships, then you can pencil in the D-Backs! They allowed just 3 runs to the Mets in the 3 game sweep (FYI all 3 runs came of homers). The offense could be an area of concern as they saw their season scoring average of 5.94 runs/game fall to 4.66 and couldn't muster more than 9 hits.
The D-Backs should have several advantages in the NLCS since they will be more rested than the winner of the Cubs/Cardinal series.
MVP: Was a team effort offensively and defensively...but the bullpen was perfect..
