   Types of classes offered:

  • Group of 2-4 students 2 x 2 hours/week for minimum 12 weeks (48 hours)

  • Group of 2-4 students 2 x 2 hours/week for minimum 20 weeks (80 hours)

  • One-to-one training 2 x 2 hours/week for minimum 12 weeks (48 hours)

  • One-to-one training 2 x 2 hours/week for minimum 20 weeks (80 hours)

  • Distance learning (writing skills e.g. compositions, letters, scientific papers, translations, etc)

(* one class hour equals 45 minutes)

 

  2. Translation:

Translation services from English to Hungarian and from Hungarian to English.

About the teacher:

Dr Csaszti has more than 25 years of experience as a professional teacher of English. She graduated at the faculty of English Language and Literature of ELTE University of Arts and Sciences (Budapest , Hungary) majoring in SL Methodology. She received her PhD at the same faculty in linguistics. Her post graduate trainings include programs at Brooks University Oxford, the TOEFL Center at Princeton, LCCI London, OIBEC Center Oxford, Columbia University New York. 

Professional Background:

  • Teacher of English as a Second Language as well as English for Specific Purposes on all levels including translation and interpreting skills for university students, international graduates, public administration and business staff

  • ESL/ESP full staff and freelance examiner at different national and international boards of studies with assessment and grading experience

  • Full time translator and interpreter for diplomatic missions in Hungary
