Namco Ltd. announced the release of Soul Calibur 2 in North America in August of 2003. Soul Calibur 2 will include Arcade, Versus, Time Attack, Survival, Team Battle, Practice, and the Gamecube exclusive, Weapon Master. The Gamecube will also get an exclusive character, Link. Necrid, a new character, will also be introduced.
