| It seems I didn't really learn my lesson from last year. Although I paid much more attention to pitching in the draft and throughout the season, the results were still miserable. I did learn, however that there are two categories of pitchers: Pedro Martinez and everyone else. | 1999 Season Results This was my first year playing fantasy baseball. I had two teams: My public league and my private league (The Stick League). The public was comprised of a random collection of people throughout the U.S. The Stick League I created and then invited some of my friends-- who live here in L.A. and across the country-- to join. | I finsished 3rd in the league with 64 total points (out of 100.) The mistake I made here was focusing too much on hitting during the draft and not landing any decent starters.
