Another line of storms has formed to our west, as is moving into Fairfax County as I write this. On Ch 7 they just showed a potential tornado just south of Quantico. Prince William, Stafford, and Fauquier counties are under a tornado WARNING until 8:15 PM. The potential tornado is probably crossing the Potomac river into southern Maryland right now.
