End of the Year Retrospective 2007
photo

Here is another new video that I just edited today of our trip to Busch Gardens in April 2007 as I described in my blog entry on November 19, 2007 ...

As the title says "On a COLD day..." it was so cold that day we had to buy Boo a new jacket in one of the gift shops, and we could not believe that people were actually going on some of the water rides, like "Escape from Pompeii" (in the video). And it even snowed on by birthday!

While the video is playing in the window above, if you click on the little menu button in the lower right corner, the video itself will get smaller, and thumbnails will appear below the video. This is a list of related videos from YouTube- including other people's videos of more rides at Busch Gardens like the new "Griffon" which we saw up close, but did not ride. When you take the monorail from one "country" to another, the monrail goes right through the middle of one of the loops of the Griffon!

I uploaded this video for a few reasons- to include as an embedded link in the "End of the Year" webpage I am working on, but also to give some of my old high school friends who have not seen me in person for a number of years a chance to see what effect 25 years of accumulated gamma ray bombardment has had on my cell structure. That's a science geek's way of saying "I know I am getting OLD" but you can blame it on cosmic rays and DNA.
