Get Ready to see the ISS: October 22-25, 2007
photo

There will be several favorable passes of the International Space Station (ISS) over the midatlantic region during the upcoming week. The best of these takes place on October 25 at around 6:34 PM. The diagram above is a copy of the ground track plot based map for one of the passes.

Here is a list of visible passes of the ISS as observed from my location this week; to see a similar list for your exact location, use your own GPS coordinates from the main heavens-above.com page and then bookmark the resulting URL.

There is also one on October 22 at 7:00 PM that is centered right on New York City, but easily visible nearly overhead for most of the tri-state area.
