Know all men by these presents that I, William B. Frye, a farmer residing near Lahmansville, in Grant County and State of West Virginia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament: That is to say, First, after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, the residue of my estate real and person, I give, bequeath, and dispose of, as follows, to wit: To my beloved wife, Anny Frye, I give and bequeath all of my estate both real and personal during her natural life and after her death to be divided among my seven children, Sarah C. Naedele, wife of E.H. Naedele; Mary A. Snyder, wife of Seymour A. Snyder; John E. Frye, William H. Frye, Martha A. Connell, wife of E.R. Connell; Elmer H. Frye and Lolo E. Burger, wife of R.P. Burger, equally share and share alike. I, make, constitute, and appoint my wife, Ann Frye and my son Elmer H. Frye my executrix and executor, of this my last Will, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof, I have hereunto signed, sealed, published and declared, this instrument as and for my last will, the 21st day of January, 1905. W.B. Frye (Seal) The said Williaj B.
