| Will of Walter C. Keplinger
I, Walter C. Keplinger, of the County of Grant, Forman, West Virginia, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last will and testament, thereby revoking all former wills made by me. I hereby direct my executor to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses. I give and beque3ath to my wife, Emma Keplinger, the sume of $2,000.00 cash from my checking account in the Grant County Bank, Petersburg, West Virginia, absolutely. All of the balance of my property, both personal and real, I give and bequeath equally to my children, namely, Harper Keplinger, Flossie May, Homer Keplinger, Lawrence Keplinger, in fee simple. However, the said Harper Keplinger is to be given the right first to purchase my farm at a fair market value to be agreed upon between the above named children. I give and bequeath to my grandson, Curtis Keplinger, son of my deceased son Earl W. Keplinger, the sum of $1.00. Previous to the death of my son, Earl W. Keplinger, I gave him $2,400.00. A check for $2,200.00 of same being attached hereto. In other words the said Earl W. Keplinger received his share before his death. In case of the death of my wife, Emma Keplinger, before my death, the said sume of $2,000.00 is to be divided equally between Harper Keplinger, Flossie May, Homer Keplinger and Lawrence Keplinger. I hereby appoint Gilvert May and Harper Keplinger executors of this my last will. Witness my signature this the 15th day of January, 1955. /s/ Walter C.
