| Will of W. Ernest Evans
I, W. Ernest Evans of Jordan Run, Grant County, West Virginia, being of the sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby made, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Cocicils by me at any time heretofore made. I direct the payment out of my estate of all my just debts and funeral expenses and costs of administration of my estate. I further direct that all my taxes, including all estate and inhereitance taxes, be paid out of my Estate by my Executor, hereinafter named, as soon as possible after my death. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Donald R. Evans, my son of Jordan Run, Grant County, West Virginia, as my Executor of my Estate, and direct that no bond be required of him. I hereby give to my son, Adam Kee Evans, the sum of Fifty Dollars. I hereby give to my son, Paul Jacob Evans, the sum of Fifty Dollars. I hereby give to my son, Eugene William Evans, the sum of Fifty Dollars. I hereby give to my daughter, Lucy Mae Nesselrodt, the sum of Fifty Dollars. I hereby give to my daughter, Judy Marie Evans, the sum of Fifty Dollars. I hereby give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest, remainder and residue of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situate to my wife, Delphia Mae Evans for her life and upon her death to my son Donald R. Evans. In WITNESS WHEREOF, I the said W. Ernest Evans, herewith set my hand and seal to this my Last Will and Testament on the 23 day of September, 1968.
