Will of Ray Judy

I, Ray Judy, of near the town of Maysville, Grant County, West Virginia, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last will and testament, thereby revoking all former wills made by me.

I hereby direct my executrix to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses.

I give and bequeath to Faye Alta Judy Haslacker, the sum of $100.00, in cash.

I give and bequeath to Maxine Dewitt the sum of $100.00, in cash.

All of the balance of my property, both real estate and personal, money, notes, bonds, oil leases, etc., I give and bequeath unto my wife, Ila T. Judy, to be hers absolutely (looks like I missed a portion here)

I hereby appoint my wife, Ila T. Judy, executrix of this my last will and direct that she act without any bond.

Witness my signature this the 8th day of August, 1961.   Ray Judy

Signed, published and declared by Ray Judy as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, who in his presence at his request, and in the presence of one another, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses this the 8th day of August, 1961.

In the Clerks Office of the County Court of Grant County, West Virginia, December 18, 1963 � In recess of said Court:

This day Myrtle K. Park produced to the Clerk a paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Ray Judy, deceased, and upon motion of the said Myrtle K. Park, said Will was proven by the oaths of Joseph W. Harman and C.Ray Stump, the subscribing witnesses thereto, and ordered to be recorded, according to law.
