| Last Will and Testament of Jeff O. Keplinger
I, Jeff O. Keplinger, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, and do hereby revoke any and all wills and codicils heretofore by me made. FIRST: I hereby direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and legal obligations as soon after my death as is possible. SECOND: I hereby constitute, nominate and appoint James Paul Geary to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and direct and will and do hereby authorize and empower my said Executor to sell at public sale or sales all of my property, real, personal and mixed, and to execute good and sufficient deeds and other instruments necessary or proper to convey and transfer any and all of my property to purchasers; and after the payment of all my just debts and legal obligations, including costs of administration, all taxes of every type and description, from the proceeds from said sale or sales, I hereby give, devise and bequeath the balance of residue of said proceeds and any cash and money in the bank, as follows: (a) One-ninth (1/9) to my daughter, Grace Weese. (b) One-ninth (1/9) to my son, Herbert Keplinger. (c) One-ninth (1/9) to my son, John Keplinger. (d) One-ninth (1/9) to my son, Fred Keplinger. (e) One ninth (1/9) to my daughter, Alice Keplinger. (f) One-ninth (1/9) to my daughter, Nettie Secrist. (Jeff O, Keplinger is typed right under her name) (g) One-ninth (1/9) to my son, Otis Keplinger. (h) One-ninth (1/9) to my daughter, Mary Bobo. (i) One-ninth (1/9) to Dorothy Keplinger, if surviving, widow of my deceased son, Martin Keplinger, and his children surviving at the time of my death; the said widow and children sharing this one-ninth (1/9) equally.
