Will of Charlotte Frances Stonestreet

I, Charlotte Frances Stonestreet, of the Jordan Run Community, of Grant County, West Virginia, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last Will and Testament thereby revoking any and all former wills by me made.

FIRST: I direct my Executors hereinafter named to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal, I give devise and bequeath as follows:

SECOND: One-fourth to my son, Virgil F. Stonestreet; on-fourth to my daughter, Hattie B. Rohrbaugh, nee Stonestreet; one-fourth to my daughter, Viola C. Armentrout, nee Stonestreet; one-fourth, subject to the trust hereinafter created, jointly to my grandson, Melvin Galen Stronestreet, Jr., and my granddaughter Paula Martha Stonestreet, children of my son Melvin H. Stonestreet but the one-fourth interest devised to the two grandchildren jointly I direct to be turned over by my Executors to my son Melvin H. Stonestreet in trust until January 1, 1990, at which time the said Melvin H. Stonestreet shall pay to said two children the net amount of said on-fourth interest and should either of said grandchildren be deceased at that time then the whole shall go to the survivor or in the event they should both be deceased at that time then the whole shall go to my three other children, Virgil, Hattie, and Viola or their heirs. In executing the above trust no bond shall be required of the said Melvin H. Stonestreet and no accounting shall be required of him prior to January 1, 1980.

THIRD: I nominate and appoint my son Virgil F. Stonestreet and my daughter Viola C. Armentrout as Executors of this my last Will and Testament with the right to either or both to act and request that no bond be required of either of them.

Witness my signature this the 3rd day of August, 1954.

In the Clerk�s Office of the County Court of Grant County, West Virginia � September 17, 1959 � In Open Court:

This day K.C. VanMeter, Jr. produced to the Clerk a paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Charlotte F. Stonestreet, deceased, and upon motion of K.C. VanMeter, Jr. said will was proved by the oaths of K.C. VanMeter, Jr. and Edna S. Hanlin the two subscribing witnesses thereto, and ordered to be recorde3d according to law.
