| Will of Annie M. Smith
I, Annie Ml. Smith, of the town of Petersburg, County of Grant, and State of West Virginia, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last will and testament, thereby revoking all former wills made by me. I hereby direct my executor to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses. I give, devise and bequeath all of my personal property of every description consisting of money, notes, bonds, stocks, household goods and all other personal property and all of my real estate to my five nephews and one niece, Namely, Clyde H. Shobe, Eugene L. Shobe, William B. Shobe, Allen E. Shobe, J. Curry Shobe and Winifred Hill Kleeman, equally and share and share alike to be theirs absolutely and in fee simple. I hereby appoint Eugene L. Shobe, Petersburg, West Virginia, my executor of this my last will. Witness my signature this the 17th day of September, 1951. Annie M.
