I, Robt. E. Donovan of the town of Bayard, in the County of Grant and State of West Virginia, being weak in body but sound in mind and Memory, and knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do hereby make this my last will and testament. After payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give and bequeath all my property, both personal and real, unto my wife, (Emma Donovan), and appoint her, my executrix of my will, to execute this my last will and testament without bond.
