I, Priscilla Burgess of the County of Grant and State of West Virginia do make this my last will and testament.
1st I will and bequeath all of my real estate to Wellington B Burgess.
2nd I hereby appoint my friend, Wellington B Burgess my executor, to carry out the provisions of this my will.
