| Will of William D. Tephabock bk. 1 page 373-374 I, William D. Tephabock of the Post Office of Laurel Dale a resident of the County of Grant of the state of West Virginia being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament to-wit. First, All by just debts and funeral expenses to be jointly paid by the legates of this will. Second, I give devise and bequeath in consideration of my maintenance & care to my two sons W. Leonard & Otis W. The farm where I live known as home place, divided as follows to Wm. Leonard two thirds (2/3), and to Otis W. one third (1/3). Said Wm. Leonard and Otis W. to pay to my daughters Etta L. and Corra C. the sum of one Hundred dollars $100.00 each, to be paid six months after my death. My daughter Allice having received her part during my lifetime. (Second: is listed twice) Second. I give and devise and bequeath to my three sons, Wright, John H.& Otis Tephabock. Twenty one acres each of the Spur farm, with conditions that if either wishes to see he is to first offer to his brothers at a price not to exceed one Hundred dollars per share and if they do not want it, then to sell to anyone for what they please. Third, I nominate and appoint Wm. Leonard and Otis W. Tephabock my sons as executors of this my last will. In consideration of the above I further declare that in case I become a big burden and incur a heavy expense as is caused by long sickness on my two sons Wm. Leonard an Otis w. then the other legatees of this will are to pay their portion and part of such expense.
